房間大而且整潔，WIFI上網速度快及流暢，職員服務貼心，接待我的Kathy講解清晰，有問題更可以透過whatsapp與她聯繫，酒店的自助早餐款式選擇多，味道不錯，更有不同的咖啡粉可供買回家做手信，價錢亦相當之合理，一次很好的住宿體驗！

The hotel was probably one of the best I have stayed in and it's the staff that made it that special. From the moment we arrived, they took cafe of our ever needs. The breakfast was just exceptional. Fresh Vietnamese and international food every day, including live bars. They even made you any coffee you wanted every day. Special shout to Ame and Jessie who were at our beck and call every day. I've never met a more caring staff. The hotel arranged everything for you. I won't ever stay anywhere else when in Hoi An and you shouldn't as well. Jusg exceptional. Thank you Grand Sunrise Palace, we will miss you.

The room was fantastic, room was very clean.
Restaurant food was excellent - breakfast buffet superb. Pizza was best in Asian travels. Western food was outstanding. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

Beyond The Beautiful surroundings, wonderful room, pools, breakfast, it was the team, Cathy went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and support me with my husbands birthday.
Thai was also wonderful, he greeted us warmly made fabulous cocktails and very engaging. We look forward to returning.

If there was a “6-Star” rating, this hotel would be worthy.
From the warm welcome upon check-in to the incredibly friendly staff, you feel at home right away.
The lobby and dining area are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-decorated.
The food is fabulous, especially the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian options.
The spa services were enjoyable, especially the steam room and sauna after a long day of walking around town.
With special thanks to Luna, Jay and all of the staff, we had an unforgettable experience and hope to visit again in the future.

Rooms, pool and staff were all lovely.Jessi was amazing!
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Free shuttle to beach and old town, free afternoon tea, free 30min foot massage, free bikes, free wine tasting and the price even included free breakfast. These extras were much appreciated.
Highly recommend this place. Really amazing!

The staff were amazing. Couldn't do enough to help us. Luna was particularly attentive. We stayed 4 nights, on the last night I got sick and they were very helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned perfectly. Can definitely recommend and we'll be back for sure!

This is one of the best hotels I have even been in, and I travel regularly for work. The rooms are glorious and the bathtub has my heart forever.
The breakfast buffet is delicious. There was a great variety of local cuisine and western style dishes. The fresh fruit and selection of teas make for a lovely start to the day.
The spa was amazing. My partner and I both got massages and they got a manicure pedicure treatment that was glorious and so well done. I have not moved this well in literal years.
The real shine here is the staff. Everyone was lovely and gracious, from the front desk staff to the bell hops, to the bar staff at the pool was so lovely and accommodating. They even brought out a cake and sang for my partners birthday!
A deep thank you from us to the whole staff, and most especially my gal Ame, who made our stay a truly magical experience. This was our first time in Vietnam, but it will not be our last. I look forward to returning to see these fantastic folks and enjoying all of the amazing local food.
Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique.
Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff.
