"Beautiful Vintage Hotel! Stand were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Bed was Very comfortable and we didn’t hear a sound at night! (You do hear the great band in the restaurant before 10pm but it’s all good! ) Free and Low cost breakfast/ brunch options are wonderful and make it easy to start your day. Walking distance to Broadway theatres, Times Square, Subway Station, great restaurants— we will return for future trips! "
"Westin is a prime location to stay in while you visit other boroughs. The bed was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job each week tidying my room. The complimentary drink vouchers were just what I needed after a long day of walking in the city! "
"The location is perfect and convenient for both public transportation access and shopping. It’s closed to time square but also it’s quiet.
We’re served by three wonderful staff: Mme. Ola M., Mr. Alex R., and Mr. Jorge. With their welcoming hospitality and expertise, it makes our journey even more memorable.
Definitely I strongly recommend Arlo hotel for those seeking a place hotel in New York."
"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Staff was great, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Subway station is located at the end of the block (so convenient), restaurant on-site and room service available. The only downside is the parking situation - we tried the parking garage the hotel staff member suggested and it was full - proceeded to another garage in the vicinity....it was full. Those were both a few blocks away - be prepared to search for parking upon arrival and possibly walking a long distance with your luggage. Just a tip, if you are coming with vehicle. Everything was great - just the parking isn't easy."
