8/10 Very good

Great experience

We stayed for one night and had a great experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived – nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel welcome. The price was amazing for what we got, making it excellent value for money. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the children loved having their own bunk beds. That said, the bunk bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable – they were a little thin – but honestly, it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for families looking for a good-value, friendly place to stay in the area.

Very tired

3 lights the AC and the shaving mirror did not work, the bath had mould on its sealant, there was no plug for the basin, the public spaces need redecorating and the bar shut at 10.30 on Saturday night
Janet, 2-night trip

The staff were very efficient, friendly, attentive. The room was amazing

Good location, service could be better

Nice breakfast, good location for the NEC. Comfy rooms, clean and tidy, unique decor. Was there for the board game expo. The bar was full of board gamers and the staff were very reluctant to leave the lights on for us to continue playing. I also got asked 5 times for my room number during breakfast.

2/10 Poor

Avoid

Terrible hotel wouldnt stay again or recommend.place is extremely dirty and falling apart.even a cat litter box in corridor. Had to change rooms as mine was running alive with flying ants. Windows falling apart.

Curb appeal Kenilworth

The hotel has curb appeal and in a nice affluent area of Kenilworth but room we stayed in was dated and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was not up to standard (see pictures) although Sheets were fresh and we had a comfortable night sleep. The staff were pleasant but the adjoining pub had limited options for food/snacks which were of Indian origin. Great if you like Indian food. Plenty of parking outside in carpark with EV charge.

6/10 Good

Room service was available but very expensive tray charge so didn't order any. Beds could have been more comfortable as they were a bit hard. Booked room with shared bathroom by accident but was able to change to another room for a price.

2/10 Poor

worst place to stay ever

waited one hour at reception to check in room smelt of urine with urine stain all over the mattress carpet in the room was dirty mold all over the window manager does not care about anything told me he was putting me in a nice room pictures will show you haw nice the rooms are there
mobasser, 6-night trip

4/10 Fair

Whilst the bed / room was comfortable, the whole hotel is ready for a much needed make over. The bar had run out of all lagers/ beers , the staff didn’t seem interested in serving at the bar, I had to continually seek someone to serve what drinks they did have. The tea was appalling at breakfast. It’s such a shame as the place looks lovely from the outside.
Bathroom catches on frame

Toilet flush didn’t work properly.

Cheap hotel in the middle of nowhere

Despite the name, this hotel is not in Kenilworth, but in Hasely. Nice old building, but difficult to access the bedrooms, which do not have their own bathrooms. My room had not been cleaned when I arrived. Rooms are very sparse, not even a bedside table or lamp. Hotel had the unique combination of the most expensive but worst quality breakfast I've had anywhere.
1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel very clean and tidy, all staff very friendly and made you feel welcome definitely stay there again
gavin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I arrived at 10pm and was told that they did not have my reservations and that the hotel was full bar one room for which I would need to make a bank transfer in spite of there being a clear written sign at reception that they only took credit cards. I did not have sufficient detals for the transfer so at 11pm I drove 1hr to Loughborough and fortunately found a room at Premier Inn. So 1/10
