Not only was the bathroom disgusting how about you hear the traffic from the highway the whole entire night, then when people check in it seems that they want to have a party in the parking lot before they go in their room and this happens around 11:45 PM to about 1:30 AM There isn’t a phone in the room to call up to make a complaint, no soap, so bring your own, and I had to ask the maid service for towels

The door had a privacy chain on it but the chain was attached to the wall and not the door. It just hung there. There was nothing to attach it to. With the door closed, there was a gap that let in light on the left lower side. The door required a bit of a push to fully close. It's probably not aligned properly. The tile and the overall decor was nice. The floors were clean. The room was on the smaller side. I was upgraded from a queen to a king for free which was nice.The vanity over the sink was bright and functional. The lamp on the left side of the bed had no lightbulb. The piece of furniture underneath the wall mounted TV had four holes on top. It looked like something used to be screwed to it but no longer. My biggest gripes were the bathtub was not cleaned before I got there. There was a long curled hair in it. The tub felt dirty under my feet. There was no non-slip plastic sheet for the tub.The bodywash dispenser was not filled. I used shampoo to wash myself. The towels were disgusting. Were the washed? Yes. But they were stained. If held up to the light, you could clearly see various round stains of varying size and color. I opted to bird-bath in the morning as I couldn't bring myself to use the towel again. It only made me wonder what the sheets looked like so, I slept in my clothes. The staff was nice during check-in and check-out. They need to replace the towels at the bare minimum and possibly the sheets if they are just as . I would not stay there again.

Loved the newly renovated room. Tile work in the bathroom and flooring throughout wwere very stylish and impressive. Stylish lighted mirror over the sink. Looked very expensive and classy. Hats off to the designer!!!! Only inconvenience…… bedroom area needs more a lamp on end table beside the bed. Otherwise, room was fantastic.
