Couple trip to Florida
It was a quick over night stay as we headed towards Key West but we absolutely loved this resort! The rooms were comfortable, the r private beach was amazing AND great pier for sunset viewings!

Perfect, secluded place in paradise
I found this place last minute and only stayed for one night, but it was amazing! So secluded and very private/quiet! Perfect location for a sunset out on your own private dock and would definitely return again. I truly enjoyed the property!

Room not worth the $300. Boathouse is a room with no windows, musty, Roku TV and intermittent internet. Room needs a lot of work. Did laundry and the handle on the dryer was broke. Had to pack wet clothes. Grilled out. No spatula. Very run down.

Beautiful hideaway.
The staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Kim and Miguel were beyond helpful and so friendly. The room view was incredible, the amenities were great. The location was in a great convenient to other activities. The room was very spacious, yet somewhat outdated. We loved our stay and highly recommend to other guests. It is tucked away so you feel like you are in your own secluded private resort.

Amazing Sunset views, however horrific bathroom!
Amazing water view and nice outdoor amenities. Beautiful sunsets! However the bathroom and kitchenette needs a complete remodel. The toilet seat was not attached properly and the flushing handle was worn out. Needs new toilet, shower handle, and bathroom vanity plus sink.

The room we got (The Boathouse) was in very rough shape. Could certainly use a deep clean and some love. The bed was terrible and squeaked every time one of us moved waking the other up. Overall not a great experience.

We loved the location and how the property was setup. It has the best sunset possible as well. Our only issue was with the inside, our water pressure was super low, the room had a somewhat of a wet dingey smell and our bed was hard as a rock. I personally had to sleep on the couch most nights became i couldn't get comfortable. All in all thought we enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.

Upon arrival there was a sign of guests only or tow for the parking but there was no staff there or ability ti register it. Beautiful view right on the water and but no map, or direction to your room you have to find it. The room was a very strong smell of cleaning products when you enter it’s a bit overwhelming so leave a door open. The rooms are not horrible but definitely not as well kept as the pictures suggest the royal suite bathroom has mold in the bath and near the toilet. Last but not least we woke up with horrible bed bug bites, I know Florida has no see ums but these are looking like bed bugs.

The staff was very polite. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the overall state of the room was very disappointing. Our jetted tub did not fill over the jets and made terrible noises. Decent for a low budget stay, but not at all like it is advertised.

Overall the resort was good, however there is no staff or front desk people in this resort. There is a sister resort next door called amoray and they have staff until 8:00 pm, and they said if e have any questions or concerns we can reach out to them or call the number on the front desk. I felt scary and also anyone can enter the resort - it is a security issue. Other than that every thing was good they gave us free kayaking padels and boats.

The setting is lovely. The location is great. The room needed an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower water would only get warm, never hot, no matter what time of day. The bathroom window was stuck open. I did enjoy the free kayak and the self check in.
