The staff were the best! Very flexible and accommodating. They worked very hard to ensure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and full. The breakfast was wonderful actually! The rooms were fresh and clean and just an all around great place to stay for the decent price.

Comfortable and well arrangement of furnishings. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that had a living room kitchen area that divided the spaces well for privacy. Each bedroom had a spacious bathroom.

Less than expected

Upon check in our reservation was supposed to be for 2 rooms and they only had us down for one. While the staff tried to accommodate an extra room it was hard to fit the amount of people we had in the only other room they had available. I chose pay at the hotel and the price changed once we got there. Breakfast was amazing and staff was amazing. Couch bed is absolutely horrible. The guest above us were ridiculously loud and after multiple visits to the desk we gave up trying to get them stop at around 10:30 pm. Beautiful hotel and sweet staff but we probably wont be back.

If I Had Known

Did not know ahead of time the hotel was “under renovations”. Would have stayed elsewhere. High toxic smell of oil based paint throughout the building. Large amount of workmen in and out of the guest halls and suites and elevator not allowing guests to go first. Dust and wet paint everywhere.

1st room had a stain/dropping on the sofa. Was offered a 2nd room but was already taken. Did not enter when we saw a bag on the bed and the sofa. Not sure why we were given a key to that room. Was told the 3rd room was their last available room. It was accepted even though it needed sweeping.
