訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！

The grandees and I had a great stay
I booked the apartment with a water view for myself and the grandies as we came down from Perth to do the Mandurah cruise of the Xmas lights around the canals. The apartment was fabulous, very clean, great views and well positioned. Thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was well kept, clean and tidy. Location Location Location, so many eateries, bar and shops on your doorstep. Great huge balcony with a gorgeous view of the harbour, would not have been impressed if we was on the other side of the property. Would have been good to have an outdoor dining table and chairs. There were chairs and a small coffee table. Everything in the apartment seemed down scaled ie: TV, sofa and the smallest wine glasses, mugs and drinking glasses we have ever seen. Red wine drinkers would not be impressed. It has been hard to contact reception a few times, lift out of order which wasn't easy for us up 2 flights of stairs. Reception did advise this after making the booking but said they had been waiting for the strata to sort this. Something like this should be sorted without delays and not inconvenience the guests. I am sure it will effect peoples experience and their reviews. Would we go back again, YES but we would check lift situation and the location of the room.

I hated the lift not working I was top floor I have bad knees and it put my back out on the 2nd day leaving me bed ridden for rest of stay I could not enjoy my time with grandkids it was a waste of time and money every time I used those stairs I was in agony...should state before I booked that they had no working lift then I could have booked elsewhere not happy

Just gorgeous. We stayed here to recuperate from a recent surgery and it was just the most lovely, relaxing place to stay. The views are divine, beds comfortable and all amenities are clean and well kept. As a 4star holiday home cleaner myself I notice the little things like all the utensils neatly laid out in the drawers not just dumped in messily, these touches are important as it means the cleaners have checked over everything in the apartment and not just completed a surface clean. Everything was spotless, comfortable and modern. Parking is 1.95m but 4wds can park in the open air parking on the street (free and unmetered - 24hr parking) if you are on the fence, don't be, book now because its perfect!

The property is over priced for the condition. The sofa alone is enough to send you to a chiropractor let alone the beds. Water pressure in one shower was horrible you could barely rinse the conditioner out of your hair. Second shower was fine. No USB points or a clock radio/ alarm in site. The balcony was lovely but the furniture is cheap and has fair ware and tear. Will I stay here again? No, there are enough other venues around to give you a pass next time.

Beautiful marina outlook and stunning sunrise in the morning. Apartment included a large balcony on which we watched the local dolphins, black swans and pelicans swimming within the quay. Great dining options below the apartments and across the marina within walking distance.

View, location and cleanliness of our room, made our stay relaxing. The supplied car park, that is offered was in an underground car park. Unfortunately if you have a 4x4 the car is too high. But there is street parking.

The unit we had, had several problems which we hope they will rectify for the next people who will be in there. Light switch hot in bathroom, bbq leaking gas, reconnected by us then wouldnt light, air conditioner still running when turned off/very noisey an woke us many times. Staff notified of all problems. They did offer to send maintenance, but we didnt want strangers in our room, other than these things great position.

The apartment in general was great. I didn’t like the communication though. I had to travel for work so I needed to have stable WIFI. no one was around when it didn’t work. They said Expedia declined a refund, however from talking with Expedia it was the property, they never responded again, which makes me as a guest feel like they aren’t sorry for the issue

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of the room the bed is so old and hard, it’s impossible to sleep in, the bathroom curtain doesn’t even cover the whole shower and the water from the shower floods the bathroom floor, we booked a studio room not a disabled room and to think they’d hand over a bathroom like this to disabled people is a health care injury waiting to happen. The only thing good is the surrounding scenery and the cafes below the apartments. If your going to provide a bathroom to disabled people that floods maybe provide at least a bath Matt or extra towels to avoid someone seriously hurting themselves.

The toilet was dirty under the seat. For a five day stay we had 6 coffees /teas / sugars and milks for two person staying. No one fills up or even checks to ensure amenities are enough for customers staying period. Was noisy as our apartment was above the restaurants . The remotes for the apartment- entrance/ TV/ aircon were hard to use due low battery. The dishwasher didn’t wash well and face instructions missing even though the book was hard to read. Location very good 👍
