The AC is leaking water. There are hairs in the bathroom. Towels and slippers are missing after check-in. You also have to walk 15 minutes to the nearest MRT station.

Overall a nice stay experience. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants, and a large supermarket nearby. The only drawback is that people start working and vehicles running in the ally in the early morning. Quite noisy if your room is close to the ally.

Hotel is gelegen in een aardige buurt, en op 5 minuten loopafstand van het busstation om naar het centrum te komen (reisduur 45 minuten met bus). Singapore is kostbaar en hotelkamers zijn aan de prijs. We wisten op voorhand dat deze kamers geen ramen hebben en daarmee frisse lucht en daglicht niet aanwezig zou zijn. Echter we moesten best wel lang wachten tijdens het inchecken en uiteindelijk bleken ook nog twee van de drie kamers niet schoon te zijn. Er zaten haren in het beddengoed en op de kamervloer lag viezigheid. Dit is uiteindelijk allemaal opgelost.

Good value

This was a good value and the room was quite clean. Comfy bed and quiet air conditioning. Liked the coffee tea service in the room. Shower was good. Did not like the loud drainage sound in shower when using sink! Fd employee was helpful when I had a small issue with a light in the bathroom and he quickly resolved it. Wifi was inconsistent which was an issue for me. Light comes through sides of blinds but otherwise room was fine. No breakfast at hotel but food court nearby.

Room too small for 3! Hand soap not provided.

I have traveled extensively around the world. I booked this place after reading the reviews, but was very disappointed! We booked the triple premier room for 3 of us. The photo shown on their is very misleading. The room is extremely small, to the point where you can barely walk pass the first bed to access the other two. We now lived in the post covid world, it is Not acceptable that the most basic hand soap wasn't provided!! Only 2 sets of towels for a party of 3. Shower stall had mold around the floor. 2nd floor which we stayed was quite noisy early in the morning from outdoor traffics. Poor sounds insulation! No phone in the room if you need anything from front desk. At slightly over USD 100 this is a budget hotel. Very limited hangers and storage for anything. If you are a party of 3, avoid at all cost. Location is decent surrounded by good cafes and local restaurants. PLQ mall is near by. Though not that close to subways.

Clean, functional room. Great for our stop over. Close to airport and plenty food options. Only fault was mould in the showers seal needs to be addressed as this can be hazardous to health.

Good hotel

The staff were very friendly and provide a great level of service. I definitely rate the staff 5/5. The location was good. The room facilities are decent. They are going through some changes, so there were a few minor things they are still working through (like having to use little tubes of body wash for hand soap while they await the soap to arrive). I would consider staying here again if I return to Singapore. It was a comfortable stay.
