Excelente estadía

Sin problemas en toda mi estadía, check in súper rápido, habitación limpia... A unos 200 metros se encuentra la estación del Deuce así que era muy sencillo usarlo para ir y regresar del strip o de cualquier otro lugar de interés.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We reserved 2 rooms that were connected. We went on a small weekend trip to surprise our kids with a kids show. We arrived at 8PM after a long drive and were informed that our rooms were not connected and that they were going to separate us. They stated that they weren’t connected because we arrived too late (therefore they gave up one or both of our rooms away). They claimed they didn’t have a notation about it. I called in advance and booked over the phone with the hotel beforehand and they confirmed that everything was squared away. My family was forced to find another hotel last minute to meet our accommodations. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude.

Good Stay Off the Strip

The hotel lobby was clean and had plenty of space to sit and eat. The bedroom (bathroom included) felt and looked clean. The only issue we had with the room was that the TV would not shut off no matter what we tried (note: we did not try to pull the cord from the outlet bc it would be difficult to get to) and we did not like that the connecting room door was not secured with a deadbolt. Regardless, I would stay here again. The free hotel shuttle, location, and cost makes this hotel more desirable.

Great place to stay off of the Strip

I had a wonderful stay at the Spark by Hilton hotel. It was very clean, modern and in close proximity to the Town Square. The staff was friendly and courteous! The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The walk in shower and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel is smoke free and was quiet and relaxing! There is a muffin, bagel & cereal bar with fresh fruit daily! There's also yogurt and toppings too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who would like to be away from the strip but have access to it in minutes.

Great hotel

We had a great stay here. I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve never heard of this hotel, but it was great. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. I brought supper for my kids, McDonald’s didn’t give us ketchup, my daughter was upset, the workers looked everywhere for some but couldn’t find any, but just them taking the time meant a lot to us. I stayed with my 3 littles and felt safe and was happy with the clean room. We will stay again.

nothing to write home about

It was terrible. Because i have stayed in other hotels like Best Western, and others, comparing with Spark By Hilton is nothing to write home about. Breakfast is horrible, when you serve only bread did you consider those who does not take carbohydrate ? Best Western provide eggs, susage, and other things. The room was only cleaned every other day? I see so much micro managing here. Well hope you guys will improve.

Nice place. Super clean and friendly staff

It was a nice stay. We had oatmeal, bagels and coffee for breakfast. Place was super clean and I didn’t have any complaints. I brought my poodle and the staff was nice and courteous. Would stay again.
