Upon arrival the hotel claimed that they did not have our booking from Expedia. After discussing with them they were not willingly to contact their partner Expedia. Therefore, we had our-self to call to Denmark and get Expedia to re-confirm the booking. This phone call gave us substantial additional costs which were not compensated in anyway by the hotel. We cannot recommend anyone to use this hotel booked via Expedia. Stay away as the service provided upon check-in was zero to one.
