8/10 Very good

Very pet friendly; staff was accomodating. However, we were 3 people, but only 2 towel sets were provided, and no more were available at first (finally got a 3rd towel). also, it would be nice if 3 cups had been provided in the room.
Sherie, 2-night trip

Overall great hotel
Meagan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room felt and smelled brand new. It was very clean and nicely maintained. The beds were a bit stiff, and the room had only basic amenities, no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and there were plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Well, you get what you pay for... The good: - Friendly staff. The not so good: - Loud doors closing all night into the early AM. - You have to ask the front desk for an iron and board. - The EV charger service app is dysfunctional. - One levator for about a 200-person occupancy. You'll have to take the stairs to get around as there are four floors. - lots of different kinds of folks from one day to the next - super transient. Bottom line, it's a dormitory that has low costs. Won't be staying there again as I value my sleep.
Matthew, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was nice, clean, and close to the doctor's office where we had an appointment. The only negative was the entrace and other doors are not wheelchair accessible. I witnessed a man in a wheelchair struggling to open the door. I believe a hotel by medical facilities would be more easily accessible.
Darla, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very clean and comfortable. But noisy from halls and other rooms.
David, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The 1st room on the 3rd floor reeked of cigarette. We were moved to a 2nd room literally above it on the 4th floor and it was just as bad. The elevators were out of order so we had to use the stairs! On the 2nd staircase there was a spill red drink with a caution sign on top. This was around 7pm when we checked out at 5am the spill sticky by now with caution sign was still there. My partner has asthma and this did a number on him. There were no more available rooms we were told to move to after that.
Wendy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Simple yet clean and quiet. I would love it they add weather strips underneath the doors, otherwise everything else was perfect. I hope the quality and cleanliness stays this way, it’s a new renovation.
Jacquez, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I like the no-carpet floors in the rooms, and it's more airy feeling. I like the open furniture style, and (bonus) two desk chairs! The style is good. I don't like that the rooms do not come with a tissue box or plates, utensils, etc for the kitchen. But to be fair, Ben said to ask him if we needed anything, and we managed without (and were tired). Another stay, we'd ask for hand towels, a tissue box and basic kitchen items. I sure hope you have those available without upcharge.
Sue, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

so this is par for the course these days. while this place is large and kind-of imposing in its size and everything is new. its all cheap and lacks any warmth. . in a few yers its going to be acdive.
James, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel was convenient for my needs. I did not care for the sterile feeling of the room. No carpet anywhere. For no maid services, the floor felt gross because of dirt dragged in. Maybe provide a broom and dust pan for the rooms. Had to wash my own towels. If I wanted clean, I had to pay extra. Although the bed was comfortable, the stability of it was not reassuringly safe. My 2 yr old grandson was able to knock out a leg that was part of the bed frame. The frame was not secure. Propped up with multiple legs that easily could slide away from the frame. The bed easily slid on the floor. Would have preferred a boxed frame that sat down on the floor. Otherwise, put carpet under and around the bed areas. The first day I took a shower, the water was cold. When brought to the clerk's attention, she had a maintenance person check it out. It got better after that. There was no ice machine available on the property. Multiple guests had asked about one. If no ice machine is going to be provided, maybe put ice trays in the refrigerator freezer. Other than that, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was quiet. I felt pretty safe. I know that the hotel is new, so I am willing to stay in the future. Give them time to work out the small details. It was also affordable for my weeks stay.
