交通便利是最大的优点，房间比较小，没有电梯，上下楼提行李有点累。考虑到伦敦的物件，也还算性价比过得去了

不要讓飯店圖片騙了 too small room

房間超小，比東京小房間飯店還小，無法放兩個行李箱，若放下也只能開一半，且兩人只能側身才能進浴室，地毯陳年汙垢味道難聞，熱水難調整到適當溫度，不是太熱就是太冷，而且住的8天內有一天洗到一半還會斷水，彈簧床彈簧疲乏，不平整會凹陷，無餐廳，早餐每日送房敲門，時間不定，與飯店圖片差距大，下次會多花一點錢，也不會再入住。 too small room for 2 people, difficult to put 2 baggages and move in the room due to the little space, no consistent hot water, and may interrupt water supply during taking shower

Bad Experience

The hotel manager was not always in his office. No lift services is a nightmare for the guests staying in the upper floors. But the hotel has a very good location and is very close to the tube station.

Basic Room

Basic small room, with tiny En-suite. Very handy for the tube, but you can also feel the tube. Ok for a base to do stuff in London, but don't bring too much stuff with you as it won't fit.

Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded and walked 5mins from hotel to a flat. I and my three young's son were walked to a basement flat. There was an awful smell from the kitchenette, like a deep damp. It was late and we were desperate for a place to lay down. We kept the door closed and placed towel at base of door to contain the over pouring smell of damp. The TVs were all smart TVs and did not work. In addition, breakfast was late and we had to call to check when it would be delivered, being told the hotel was understaffed. We eventually walked to the reception to collect ourselves but there was no one available. The continental breakfast was a bag of mini-cheddars, a couple of store bought brioches and chocolate mini rolls, very disappointing. Although the staff of duty tried his best to attend and help, our stay was made miserable by awful smells and an awkward basement stay not as we had originally booked. There was no communication prior to arrival nor was there any words to apologise for this very inconvenient and downgrading change.

The stay was ok. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was slightly better than we thought it would be. The pressure in the shower could be better and the temperature of the water was not the best, but nothing that we could not cope with.

Petit prix ou petite qualité de service

Chambre en sous sol avec accès par escalier très etroit. Matelas à ressorts horrible dépasser par le temps. Chambre vraiment toute petite. SDB vraiment rongée par l humidité et la moisissure. la douche était petit et l' eau était chaude ou froide mais compliqué d avoir du tempéré. Le petit déjeuner est servi tous les matins et est composé de produit industriel... Un peu décevant pour un hôtel mais très adapté si vous partez en excursion à la journée. Très proche du train / bus / métro, se déplacer était facile mais le métro s entend et fait vibrer les murs de la chambre jusque minuit puis à partir de 5h du matin Heureusement qu'on y était que pour dormir. Le rapport qualité prix reste à évaluer ...

Udsigt ud på envæg. Metroen kørte under hotellet og det lød som en flyver der lettede under hotellet. Så næsten ingen søv. Morgenmaden blev serveret i en lille kurv. Kaffe og te skulle vi selv lave. En elkedel og tebreve. Utrolig meget larm, lidt søvn og folk der røg selvom det var et røgfri hotel

Bra placering men dålig komfort för en familj

Bra placerat, nära till restauranger och paddington station. Men hotellet var lytt. Smala trappor i flera våningar. Dålig komfort på sängar och toalett spm saknade vattentryck pga 5 våning. Bilderna ser ut som att du får mer för pengarna än verkligheten.

Tonys was ok Clean and onsuite bath Breakfast served in the room in the morning. Close to bus, train and underground. Shops around the corner. Short way to Kensington gardens. We asked for breakfast at 8, it was brought to us between 8 and 9:30 And we had a mouse in our room. It was a cute mouse, but it gave us a scare the first time we saw it.
