Wasn't happy with fact that they changed the temperature adjustment from the wall unit, to an actual thermostat. Without infoming travelers of the change.

Booking was changed from what we expected with no notification, even with no line check-in took twenty minutes, beds were awful, air conditioning unit in the room was so noisy that none of us slept well, breakfast buffet quality was poor.

Any time in Charlotte area I stay here
Always easy check in. Rooms are always clean. Bed and linens are very comfortable. Really good breakfast in the AM. Whenever we're in the area this is where we stay.

You get what you pay for
Friendly service. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Furniture in lobby, very worn. Looked like they went dumpster diving. Goes for the mattresses too. Swag bad in the middle and springs squeak.

Best Western Huntersville North Carolina
Everything was exceptional from the housekeepers to the maintenance guy. Lashay and the kitchen worker were awesome. Boreeya just a jewel. The corporate office lady was as kind as they come.
I am a hurricane survivor and I would like to say that Zaria the night receptionist took over an hour of her time to allow me to talk and grieve.
I would ask that there needs to be a charging station in the rooms and the faucet in the tub was dangerously faulty.
There were also amazing hiking trails near me which put me at ease. I would suggest that the motel do some research and tell the customers about what was around. Latta Nature Reserve is fairly close. The pictures are posted.
The only really negative experience I had was with the property manager, Stephanie Johnson. She was dismissive and rude. I asked to borrow a block and she leaned against the wall, rolled her eyes, and refused to even look. Lashay was there and tried to make an attempt, but I think she feared for her job.
I also believe that Zaria was fired for helping me.
I am a retired teacher and as calm as they come. But I suffer from PTSD and Stephanie Johnson made my experience worse. I could not eat or sleep because I was triggered from the storm and the stress from her bullying felt like an assault.
I would definitely stay there again but not while Stephanie Johnson is in the building.
