looks like a work in progress

The hotel has potential, but the lack of attention for details creates a bitter aftertaste. The rooms was clean, but some rooms have no windows. Or better, the window is there but totally blackened. It could have been better to have the classic onedirectional mirror glass to allow the inside to see the outside, and this feeling of being tumulated woud have been avoided. Sometimes the reception is totally empty and one has to venture in the backoffices looking for them. The absence of windows applies also to the breakfast location. Looks like it is always night outside... The internal restaurant has not many options outside the pub/fast food ones. The outdoor lounge on the back of the structure is not operational, and the same goes for the small swimming pool. The gym is very large, but it is outdated and open to the non-guests.

Horrible experience

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have been at. Very dirty, lots of different noises. Unfriendly reception. Over all very bad experience. I recommed to always book at a well known brands.

Not to be repeated.

Riyadh definitely has better places to stay. They first put me into a room WITHOUT A WINDOW and tried to convince me that they are fully booked. Then magically found an "UPGRADE" at midnight. The rest of the stay was ok - water pressure too low, they did not clean the room once in 3 days and otherwise nothing else to report. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The value for money is incredible. It is better than the 5-star hotels in Riyadh, in my opinion. It felt surprisingly modern (many in Riyadh do not), the aesthetic is great with a lobby cafe great for working, and the location is extremely convenient. Staff, room and amenities were all fantastic. I will only stay here in Riyadh.

Could be so much better

I am not too sure this is a 4 star hotel. Maybe I was unlucky but during my stay the hotel was fully booked (they said) and I got a room with no windows. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable but I was unable to have a window.. which for me is a big red flag. The breakfast is honestly way below standard. The food options is very limited, the orange juice is not freshly squeezed nor there is a chance to get an espresso. It’s either Nescafé or Americano in those big dispensers.
