Stated one night, Oven didn’t work I had to throw out food I had planned on cooking. Was told I would get a refund but highly doubt I will. Manager kept saying maintenance guy was coming, but he never showed up.

The apartment was clean The check-in process I was not aware of so that was a bit cumbersome, but it would be helpful in the future because now I know how to do it But honestly, the area around it just felt super unsafe and I was uncomfortable parking my car there so I stayed at another place

To start the door to the room wouldn’t open. Then it wouldn’t lock when we tried to leave. The room was filthy stove was disgusting the bathroom had long hairs all over it. The pillows had hairs on them. Stayed for two days no one came cleaned the room or gave us new towels. We slept on blankets. A lot of shady things going on in parking lot. A camper that had a lot of traffic parked on side of hotel.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE

This was a terrible stay. The listing mentions amenities like “AC” and “cooking appliances.” Messaged to ask how to control the AC, ask for more towels because the room accommodates 5 people and only 2, cigarette smelling, pube lined towels were provided, and to ask about the kitchen supplies and they responded back with the wrong name and said none of my concerns could be addressed at this time. I mentioned false advertisement and they said “thanks for the information”

Wonderful stay as always

Stay was amazing as always room very comfortable. Just wish they would put there Availability back on hotels.com trying to extend my stay and says there booked up til February of 2026 when other sites say there available. It's wierd how all of sudden I can't use hotels.com to book when this is the platform I trust the most.

The positives of this location: parking was adequate. It was very easy and convenient location to go to the beach and it was also close to Walmart and McDonalds and plenty of other dining options. The hotel could easily sleep 4, possibly 5. The biggest problem is that the location was advertised for accommodating 5 people; however, there were only 2 towels and only bedding for 2 twin beds. The sleeper couch was very dirty and did not have bedding. When we checked in we immediately let the property managers know that we only had two towels and bedding for 2 and they said they would help us out as soon as possible. Later that evening they told us that housekeeping had already left for the evening and they would have to bring the items the next day. So we went to Walmart and bought two blankets. The next day when we got back from the beach, they had still not brought towels or blankets. When I called, they said they were unable to help with towels or blankets. I was very disappointed. The staff was basically like, "Sorry, there is nothing that we can do." If I am able to go to Walmart and buy blankets, then the property managers should have taken ownership and bought blankets and towels regardless of whether housekeeping was gone for the day. Also, the kitchen did not have forks or spoons or knives or other kitchenware (it had one small sauce pan, one strainer, 4 plates, one bowl, 2 cups, and a cutting board).

I not sure where the 10 ratings are coming from. The unit I stayed in looked nothing like the photo. The stove was rusted, the cabinets were dark and the entire unit rather depressing. One major issue was the microwave did not work. I called and after a day and half it was not fixed and I was then ending my stay. I had one towel to use to wash my face, take a shower, clean my dishes, and dry them. I had to get take out silverware, because there was none to be found in the unit. Spend a little extra money and get someplace that will be enjoyable to stay at.

That place is very dairy is contaminated with lotta roaches the blanker the cover sheet on the bed was dirty and We had to clean the place when we got there. We couldn’t find nobody to clean it. Nobody show up to clean the place. Never

Easy check in, affordable. Somewhat sketchy area, but that’s not the property’s fault per say. Room reeked of cigarettes but was fairly clean. It just looked cheap where renovated or old where not renovated. It’s what you expect with the price though, no complaints.
