Wouldn’t stay there again
This hotel is pretty significantly worn. A lot of the furniture in the room was in bad shape and the surface of the tub was peeling away. And speaking of, we intentionally booked this hotel bc it had bathtubs but when we got to the room there was no stopper in the tub. I went to the desk to ask for one and was told they didn’t have a single one anywhere on the premises. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, there was a random glob of wiring sticking out from behind the couch, and the tv only worked half the time. All told the stay was nowhere near the fee they’re charging for these rooms. We had 2 nights booked and actually left to drive 5 hours home early instead of staying there another night.
The desk chair looks like something you’d find for $5 in a garage sale
The end table was chipped
The finish in the tub is peeling away
Not sure what this mess of wires behind the couch was. We didn’t mess with it.

The hotel wasn't very clean unfortunately and was very noticeable just walking down the halls. It's in a great location but other than that I probably wouldn't go there again unless they really cleaned up the place.

Incredibly perfect. I'm just a lone traveler
JayLynn was at the desk working her new job-day 3. She was great. She even came to my room to show me how to use the tv-Fyi- had to use the button on tv to turn it on. Remote 1 to get channel. Remote 2 for volume. This location was one of the best I've stayed in and I'm a road tripper.

Needs some help
Needs work! Arrival was bad all the blackbirds and poop! Had to go wash my car making me late. Hard to understand the attendant. Handed key and pointed to elevator. Bugs in the tub problem with someone being at the desk for help. Room was ok but needs a good cleaning and dusting smelled like dirt.

Great staff, bad manager
The young woman at the desk was generous, kind and gave impeccable customer service. The housekeeping staff was also fabulous and kind. The only staff that wasn’t there to show any kind of customer service was the Mgr.

Nasty hotel.
When we arrived they questioned why we requested a handicap room. We both have health problems and my husband is handicap. The bathroom had a standard low toilet and standard tub& shower. I have a hard time stepping into shower. There was no internet at all the whole stay. They didn’t inform us until after the rooms were charged to my card. The worst was all the pillows smelted like body order. We gad to go by our own pillows. We will never stay there ever again. Also no ice machine or vending machine on our floor. We had to go down to 1st floor to get ice.

Our stay was good .. the breakfast was awesome .... The waffle maker was perfect ... Everything was fresh and the biscuits were so soft ... The maintenance man was very helpful in fixing something that was broken ...

Almost perfect but one guy -_-
The First person I encountered at the check in desk he was not very welcoming, but all the other young lady receptions were friendly and fabulous. Breakfast was great, my room was clean as well as comfortable, the housekeepers were so nice and helpful!

El check in fue muy facil y rapido. La habitacion era de buen tamaño, las instalaciones se ven un poco deterioeadas, la pintura en algunas de las paredes se ve como que tuvieron una fuga de agua y no pintaron
