So at the time i arrived this hotel, there was an accident causing the tunnel to shut down, which is the only way to go north by car. At that night, the wifi of the hotel was out of order and i had no way to access any useful information, nor the staff could recommend any other ways other than going back to my starting point for another route on the next day early morning. And more over, the hotel charged me more than stated in expedia, after contacting with expedia for over a month, they explained to me that was extra service charge by the hotel, i feel like the price of expedia is not trust-worthy at all as they can promise you $1 for the hotel and the hotel could charge you $1000 for the service charge. After another month of emails the hotel admit that they over-charged me. Waited for another month, still no progress of refund. I am totally disappointed with expedia and this hotel.
