Stayed in the same apartment earlier this year and the oven they advertise is still missing/broken, there are still plugs missing to the kitchen sink and bath (luckily the shower is OK). Staff in reception are welcoming

Not great!

Upon arrival we were given a completely different apartment to the one we had booked and the staff were less than helpful. Although on the surface the property looked clean as we started to unpack we noticed it was not at all clean, stained duvets, mould in fridge etc The beds are so narrow that you didn't dare move, and no control over other guests - those above us were partying until 4am!

No soap,shampoo in the toilet. Cleaning product was not sufficient for kitchen.Customer services was poor. Tough to find them. Front desk was always empty. Sofa bed was horrible. Other bed was ok.

This property was decent. You can tell its been occupied regularly but it was well maintained. My only issue was the lack of communication prior to us staying and even upon arrival. We waited outside for a while before someone opened the door. The property wasn't cleaned before we got there and so we had to wait quite sometime for the cleaner to clean it. I do believe a deposit fee should have been highlighted in the description before anything as i was under the impression that my hotel fee was all i was paying until a few days before I got told otherwise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Good Location for Shopping and Activities

The Apartment is very modern and spacious, but due to no proper reception I had to wait about 30mins for someone to meet me and check me in, and the same happened when checking out. Also due to being close to high street had to deal with buses going past all day and night.

2-star - for those on a budget

Positives- short walk from metro. 10mins. Close to restaurants and shops. Bathroom was decent with amenities. Negatives - No signage, easily missed if you arrive at night. Just a single small door. Nothing says ilford towers. No signage inside the place either. Need to call a number. Entrance passage and elevator had a consistent garbage smell. Rodent present in our apartment. On the 3rd floor. So that was not great at all. Beds very uncomfy. Aircon in room not working. Some staff friendly. Others not so much. If you are on a budget and don’t mind simple lodgings then it could be ok.
