We went to the Music Center for a concert. Very convenient. Maybe a 5-10 minute walk. We ended up having a wonderful dinner at Seasons Lodge (Rafters), then took the shuttle to and from Music Center. Free and easy! Breakfast was a nice treat at the hotel!

The room was perfect. It was very clean with a fresh smell. The shower, toilet, and sink worked great. There is no elevator. This was okay for us, because we traveled light. I would’ve given five stars, but the pool was not in very good condition. The paint was peeling throughout the entire pool. This was pretty nasty. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We cannot give information on the mini breakfast because we did not partake in it. The parking lot was plentiful. It was near an IGA and McDonald’s. They were both within a very short walking distance. We did not go to it but across the street up on a hill was an entertainment place. We are not sure because we didn’t go over there. We had a very short day. Just wanted to walk through the town and go to some shops..

Came for a show at the Brown County Music Center. The hotel is within a 10 walk of the theater ( saving the parking fee).

If you are looking for a place to stay to visit downtown Nashville or the State Park this location is very convenient. There is a stop light at the intersection with the highway that makes it easier to get in and out. My room was above the pool, kind of overlooking the small lobby but was very quiet. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but there are plenty of local places in downtown to get a better breakfast. But for something that is "free" that you don't have to go far for it is ok. If you are visiting the Music Center you couldn't find a closer place to stay. Be advised though, there is no elevator in this 2 floor hotel. So if you are booking and need a first floor/ADA room you will need to be careful with what type of room you are choosing. Then I would check with the hotel anyway after you are booked to make sure you are signed up for a first floor room. The stairs in the lobby aren't terrible but if you were carrying a larger suitcase than my rolling one it might be a little difficult.

Check in was okay. Young lady was very soft spoken and didn’t share much about the hotel amenities, like the time for breakfast…and “breakfast” not much choices and it was an hour late (saw 1 guy looking around for someone and then the front desk phone rang and rang. Then I saw him leave and come back with a fast food breakfast. He was not too happy. I think owners/management could take a little more pride in their hotel. Area very nice and Nashville is a fun little shopping destination. Room was big and bed was very comfortable! I did sleep good!!

The bed was rock hard. The pillows were not fluffy at all. The pool inner paint was coming up in clumps.

This property is clean but outdated and needs some TLC. The pool had paint coming off in big pieces inside and floating in the water. It definitely needs some attention asap. The girl at the front desk was on her cell phone the entire time we were there. Every time we went to the front desk, she was on that phone talking. It just didn't look great. The hotel was clean but just desperately needs a renovation. The towels were thin and tired. The location is okay......close to a McDonald's and a grocery store. When back in Nashville, I will likely not stay here again. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, but I would stay elsewhere.
