Terrible experience
Super thin walls. You can hear people talking on the street and the next room. The room next door was playing music at all hours VERY LOUDLY, talking an yelling and smoking weed. I had to sleep with headphones on and using white noise. No hot water, gets luke warm at best. When I went to check in at 1:40 pm on a Friday afternoon, no one was at the front desk and the outside door was locked. I almost checked into the neighboring hotel until that clerk checked again and someone was finally at the desk. Then I was informed for early check in, there is an extra charge of $40/hour. I've never heard of this and been all over the world in different hotels. I was also supposed to get some kind of hotels.com benefit but nothing was offered. I am exhausted and upset especially because I complained to the front desk about how loud my neighbors were but as far as I can tell, they didn't do anything.

Top ! Emplacement incroyable
Super séjour , chambre grande avec frigo et micro onde mais pas de vaisselle , propre , très grand lit et tv connectée Super rapport qualité prix et surtout un emplacement en or , quelques lettres du 9/11, bakery parc pour le bateau statue de la liberté et le métro en face J étais un peu sceptique en voyant les avis mais n écoutez pas les mauvaises langues

Hotel não satisfatório. Não ficaria novamente,
Não foi uma estadia satisfatória. O local possua uma infra precária e os quartos possuem uma porta que os liga ao quarto do lado, passando uma sensação de insegurança e muito ruído. Na primeira noite praticamente não dormi, barulho e som alto no quarto do lado por toda madrugada. Terrível. As condições do quarto que me deram também estavam fora só aceitável, especialmente pelos valores pagos, com muita antecedência, acima de outros da região. Num inverno rigoroso e com temperaturas a -10º, o quarto só possuia um pequeno tapete fino proximo mas que nao cobria nem a cama. Piso frio de concreto sem aquecimento. Mínimo nao atendido. Toalha do banheiro com fio de cabelo. A cama estava com lençol e edredon visivelmente amassados e com sujeira que demonstravam que não foram trocados ou ao menos passados. Nas fotos em anexo podem as evidencias de tudo que relato e situação no momento em que cheguei. Estava em um país estrangeiro, sem dominio da lingua e uma viagem de férias foi bem prejudicada por essa situação. No segundo dia sai mais cedo e fiquei em outro lugar, reclamei como pude mas não tive qualquer ressarcimento. Não retorno e nao aconselho que fiquem nesse local.

Great value close to WTC
Really great stay. Very impressed with the cost and value compared to the location. Being two blocks away from World Trade Center is pretty great. Good Security, eating, and access to transportation. Hotel did need a little cleaning touch up when we got there. Shower leaked some. Definitely a no frills spot. But location was very typical of New York. Biggest complaint was the amount of mary-J being smoked. Yuck. But overall good stay. Would definitely go again.

There were some issues with stains on walls that were left by previous occupants. Plus the furniture has some wear and tear to it. The fridge in our room let out a horribly loud sound when plugged in which made it a bit unbearable to use. Overall it was a good experience and with convenience of location and price, these things didn’t hinder the trip.

Will return!
I travel to the financial district often for work and try a different hotel each time. I will be rebooking here! it's quiet, clean, the rooms are a good size and the staff are kind.

Shower drain clogged. No electrical receptacles near bed. Light switches on wall opposite of bed. Bare concrete floor with one small, dirty carpet at foot of bed. Bed linens had strong, foul odor. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Very quiet area. Clean and modern restroom.

I've stayed here multiple times and the shower not having hot water has always been an issue. Some rooms have it and some rooms don't. Other than that it's a decent place to stay
