Absolutely shocking! I arrived at the accommodation at check in time. I had no details of how to check in and had to get a contact number from another traveller as the number listed didnt work. An hour and a half later I was directed to different address and when we entered we didnt have the room I booked. I booked a family room with double bed and pull out sofa bed, and this was a tiny room with a double bed, and there were no openable windows for ventilation, nor any air con. The lock on the bathroom door was non existant. I had to cancel dinner reservations I had made as a result of how long it took to get check in details and actually get in to the property. Absolutely abysmal service.

The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have book this property for 1 night at a cost of £67. After taking my money and sending no information on how to access the (apparently abandoned) property. No one was around to let me in at the quoted 3pm checkin. I was forced to call the number given on the app, On doing so I was aggressively shouted at by a Eastern European male and was told I had to pay £300 by bank transfer as a security deposit to get in the property. I wasn’t told in the description that a secure deposit had to be paid until after booking confirmation sent with terms and conditions. I refused as felt like a scam and the fact that I had to pay over the phone for a single room. After stating I would complain to Expedia the guy didn't care and in fact told me rudely to do so. Expedia was nice on the phone but stated it should be £200 not £300. was told they couldn't do anything as was in the property's terms and conditions. Meaning, there was apparently choice but to pay extra and far more than the advertised room rate. This is clearly a loop hole they are exploiting in plain sight. And think about this.if I did pay their supposed "deposit" over the phone, what would have happened then? Please don't let it happen to you and don't trust the local area as it is likely this isn't going the only place they use to exploit people. Area not safe a nights. Would not recommend. Thank the lady I spoke to from Expedia she reimbursed me £25 to my account.

Well Kept Place 100% recommend

For me this room did the job. Parking outside which was great for us as we came from Birmingham. We stayed in room 109 and the only negative about that room is there is no window so the heat and no natural air made things slightly uncomfortable however lovely host gave us a fan the next morning when we asked so my adive would be if you'rte staying in the summer bring a fan or ask for one to make things more comfortable. Other then that was easy to get to, cleaning staff in the morning friendly. Would 100% recommend if you're visiting London and don't mind travelling into London to avoid paying Central London hotel prices

Good stay for our purpose of the trip, festival at Finsbury Park. Hosts communicated well and room was as described, some stains on the bedside table but bedding / towels / bathroom clean. Easy check in process.

Great stay, paper thin walls but i just wore ear plugs whilst i slept, So not an issue. Bed was extremely comfortable, slept like a baby. Area was okay, i chose this hotel as it was close to where i was visiting. The only suggestion id give would be invest in the one cup keirug coffee machines, it would improve the experience significantly as the first thing i did on waking was try to find a decent place to get a good coffee..
