Atendimento e Comida Decepcionantes

O atendimento foi um dos maiores problemas. Nos restaurantes, os funcionários não eram cordiais e nem sempre estavam dispostos a atender às necessidades básicas dos hóspedes, como adoçante para café. Quando solicitado, muitas vezes ouvi que não estava disponível, e o atendimento foi marcado por desinteresse. Além disso, a diferença no tratamento entre os hóspedes, dependendo de gorjetas, é inaceitável em um hotel all-inclusive. Vários restaurantes temáticos estavam fechados, e a comida deixou a desejar. O restaurante japonês, por exemplo, não oferecia salmão, um item básico dessa culinária. Além disso, as opções de proteína eram limitadas, e não havia petiscos disponíveis durante o dia, como hambúrgueres, batatas fritas ou pizza. Aliás, a pizza servida próxima à piscina dava até medo, pois além de não ter recheio nenhum era entregue com a maior má vontade do mundo por um funcionário mau humorado que manuseava as fatias com as mãos, literalmente sem qualquer protocolo de higiene. Outro ponto negativo foi a máquina de sorvete, que estava desligada durante toda a estadia, deixando as crianças frustradas. Em resumo, o hotel não atendeu às expectativas de um resort all-inclusive de qualidade. A falta de cordialidade no atendimento, as opções limitadas de alimentação e a ausência de comodidades básicas tornam difícil recomendar o Grand Sirenis Punta Cana.

Horrible experience

I would not recommend booking your stay through this site or a similar one. Upon arrival, guests are given a wristband that indicates where the booking was made. For example, if you have a yellow band, you may be ignored or receive poor service. The rooms are in terrible condition—our room had water leaking from the top floor. If you plan to book, do so directly with the hotel or through someone who has a membership there. Consider this a fair warning. I wish I can add the videos

Grand Sirenis

First of all. I was charged an additional $600 to modify the reservation because my 13-year-old son was classified as an adult. I find this excessive and unreasonable, especially given his age. This policy should be reconsidered to better reflect the realities of family travel. The buffet food was good. However, the Brazilian and Italian restaurants were quite disappointing. The room was okay needs some repairs, and the bed was comfortable. Despite some challenges, the employees were exceptionally friendly and made a sincere effort to deliver the best possible service.

La comida fría, las areas con insectos. Los cubiertos y copas sucias eso era todo el tiempo. Al momento del check in la persona que nos atendió para darnos las llaves nos cambio el cuarto el que ella quizo y no fue nada cortés. Las vacaciones fueron malas el lugar sucio en todos sus aspectos incluyendo piscinas. Los matress eran comodos pero estaban asquerosos. Eran contados las personas amables. En todo el lugar habia un holor desagradable como a tuberia imposible comer con esos olores el lugar esta maltratado. No me vuelvo a hospedar ahi.

Horrible Experience – Expedia, Please Help Us Get a Refund This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and we’re asking Expedia to step in and support us in getting a refund. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM. They gave us keys and told us to wait with our luggage for someone to guide us. No one ever came. After 15 minutes, another staff member pointed in a direction we got lost and had to ask multiple employees for help. When we finally found our room, it was dirty and not what we booked: sofa bed undone, cups full of beer, beds looked used, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We went back to guest services and after showing photos, they finally gave us a new room two hours later. The new room was clean, but the A/C didn’t work, and our luggage didn’t arrive until 9:30 PM. Then our 6 year old daughter used a dirty towel stained with blood to dry her self after showering. Absolutely unacceptable. We tried to speak to a manager but were constantly told none were available. Around 10 PM, one finally appeared but said no one on-site could process cancellations or refunds. He promised to leave a report for the morning team but no report was ever filed. We ended up leaving early, and now Expedia says they’re still waiting for a response from the hotel. Please help us get our money back we trusted this booking through Expedia, and we expect your support.

Our recent stay at this resort was a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. We checked in hungry and excited to enjoy our first meal, only to find food that had clearly been sitting out for hours. It was unappetizing, had very limited options, and much of it was unrecognizable. When we asked the waitress for drinks, she seemed irritated, which only added to the negative first impression. The issues continued once we got to our room. The TV didn’t work, and although someone came to check on it, they couldn’t fix it and said someone else would be sent. Despite following up for the next four days, no one ever came, and the problem was never resolved. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach. It was completely covered in seaweed, making it unusable. To actually enjoy a beach, we had to leave the resort and pay for transportation elsewhere. Ironically, that ended up being the best part of the trip—great food and beautiful scenery outside the resort. The entertainment on-site was mediocre at best. There were a few activities around the pool, lobby, and theater, but nothing memorable. We did our best to make the most of it, but overall it didn’t justify the cost. We were a group of nine, and unfortunately, seven of us became ill with nausea and vomiting before the trip ended. That alone says a lot about the quality and safety standards in place. In short, I would not recommend this resort. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have stayed at Grand sirenis in mexico and we loved it thats why we chose to stay again. However the service and experience was a total opposite from mexico. From hotel staff who sometimes are rude or just the language barrier because they dont speak english. The buffet servers was so disorganized and it was hard to get water or anything from them. They dont come back. We also had terrible experience in restaurants. The food was not good. For instance, at the brazilian restaurant we were served pretty much left overs. They didnt follow the menu, they missed to serve few items. The chicken was bones and the meat was a piece of chuck meat instead of a real picanha. There was one waitress taking care of a lot of tables. I have a lot of things on my list that and i was very disappointed.
