Great staff, fine room.

Superb staff night and day. I had some computer problems and they wanted to help me and were most empathetic. Efficient and friendly are the perfect combination for me. The room was perfectly fine, in good shape and good workspace.

Great Stay! We will be back.

We were on vacation and in the area for the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally in Durango. Accommodations were so expensive in Durango, so we opted for Bloomfield. This property was affordable, clean, nice and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be returning to stay again. Highly recommend 👍👍

Decent for the price

Overall it was fine for the price. One of our rooms smelled pretty musty and just gross. The breakfast was just ok. It looked clean and the beds were comfortable.

Definitely worth consideration for the price!

The bed and pillows were comfortable and though we had a room with 2 dbl beds, rather than a single queen, there was more than sufficient room for 2 people. It may have been a little crowded with 4 people, but if they were children, it would work. It was nice having both a microwave and small refrigerator, although only the refrigerator was used. It would have been nice to have 2 handtowels in the in-room sink area, but the the shower was great! The breakfast offerings were OK--mostly carbs--but more fresh fruit from which to choose would have been wonderful. There was one apple and one orange, the same ones that were there when we arrived the evening before.

Read the reviews. The hotel was clean but very outdated. The guy who checked us in when we arrived at about midnight or so, wasn't very friendly. He didn't give me the option to select which card I want on file for incidentals and when I asked him if he wanted my card for incidentals, he said, "oh I already have it", which I thought was strange. Once we got to our room I tried to turn the ceiling fan on and it was so loose i was scared i was about to have a Final Destination moment. I tried to sit in one of the chairs by the table and they looked very cushy. Much to my surprise i slammed down on the seat with no cushion that it dented in so i was sitting on wood. That didn't feel good as i have a broken tail bone. The breakfast sucked. Hard boiled eggs sitting in a plastic tupperware bowl, not on ice. The frozen toaster waffles were sitting out all thawed out. They offered some fruits, regular yogurts and Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes cereal. Im lactose intolerant and have Celiacs disease. Not that they have to accommodate everyone. But cold eggs, not room temp ones might have been nice. And i can't have waffles nor either kind of cereal or yogurt. Thank goodness for Starbucks down the road. Lastly, every big truck that drove by shook the entire building. Which was weird because we were on the 2nd floor, which also had no elevator. That was fine for us but don't book here if you need one. Overall, I wouldn't ever stay here or another Super 8 again.

This is a very good budget value. Room large, clean, reception warm and welcoming. Breakfast fine. Expedia, as usual screwed up reservation, never using again for any travel arrangements. Hotel was able to adjust.
