The ABOSOLUTE WORST hotel experience that we've had. The hotel part was full we were given a 2bd/2ba apartment without our agreement. The apt was spacious but sterile. It had a separate entrance from the hotel. The only way to contact the front desk was to go to hotel part in person as there were no hotel phones. There were air fresheners everywhere (rooms, hallways, elevators) that automatically sprayed a very strong scent. The hallways were pitch black during the night as the lights automatically went out, so you had to fumble to find the light switch before entering. On the first night, my daughter got a burn from the shower faucet because the water was so hot. When I took my shower, the water was cold. The front desk was of no help (I'll call and maybe a few days.), We learned to not touch the shower faucet and take short warm showers. There was a twin bed that collapsed when my daughter sat on it (it was missing almost 1/2 the slats). The person at the front desk just replaced one of the fallen slats and didn't offer any apologies/explanation. We woke up to multiple mosquito bites on our faces and arms (had to buy deet and spray it on our beds each night). We probably killed/smash half a dozen mosquitos. There was also a dead cockroach in front of the elevator. Also, we were told that we had to take out the trash to the large city trash bins in the street. There are no maid service to the apt. When we complained, the front desk was of no help & no follow-up. AVOID!!!!!
