地點方便，離車站走路約8分鐘，附早餐真的方便且豐盛，但每天早上要記得到櫃檯要求housekeeping ，這次住到的房間馬桶坐墊是壞掉的，浴缸出入要小心，容易滑倒，浴巾有霉味。大致上很不錯，值得推薦。

The hotel’s location was excellent, only a 7-minute walk to the Piccadilly line, which made getting around very easy. We didn't interact with the staff much outside of breakfast, check-in, and check-out, but they were very friendly and helpful whenever we did. The room was spacious enough to have both a large and a small suitcase open at the same time. The bathroom was modern and clean. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was definitely worth it. Overall cleanliness was good, although there were some stains on the walls. I think that's acceptable, as most hotels probably don't deep-clean the walls every single time. One thing to note is that because of the nearby tracks, you can hear trains passing. It didn't bother my wife and me at all, but if you are an extremely light sleeper, you might want to think twice.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, good breakfast and very well located (close to the subway and shopping center. Late at night and early morning you can hear the subway but that is only a problem with you are a light sleeper. I recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.

I forhold til prisen fik vi rigtig meget for pengene. Vi havde brugt lidt ekstra på et bedre værelse og det var godt givet ud. Vi kunne hente vand, chokolade og kaffebrikker flere gange om dagen. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Der lå pubs, supermarkeder og et mindre center tæt på og 2 km. fra hotellet det kæmpestore Westfield Shoppingcenter.

Chambre propre, literie confortable et personnel disponible et agréable. Station de metro à 5 minutes à pied. Centre de Londres à un peu moins d’une demi-heure. Pubs et commodités à proximité. Un léger moins : notre chambre manquait de rangement et n’avait pas de coffre… Petit déjeuner assez qualitatif.

Il problema principale di questo soggiorno è stato il rumore. Mi è stata assegnata una camera al primo piano con la finestra direttamente affacciata sui binari della metropolitana: ogni 30 secondi circa passa un treno, e l’insonorizzazione è praticamente assente. Il disagio maggiore è che il servizio notturno inizia già alle 4:30, rendendo impossibile dormire serenamente. Ciò che mi ha lasciato perplesso è che si tratta di un hotel di grandi dimensioni (9 piani con circa 60 stanze per piano) quindi è lecito aspettarsi che vi fossero camere disponibili in posizioni meno esposte al rumore dato che non era neanche alta stagione. Nonostante ciò, mi è stata assegnata una delle stanze più problematiche senza alcuna alternativa proposta. Per il resto, il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. La pulizia della stanza era però un pò al di sotto delle aspettative e lasciava a desiderare. Il Wi-Fi gratuito era molto lento, la versione più veloce è disponibile solo a pagamento.
