Everything was great but pay attention to the pet friendly claim. Ad on Hotels.com said pet friendly with no fee. At checkout they wanted to add a fee until they looked at their ad. They honored the ad but pay attention.

They’ve seen better days.
Smelled like they were trying to cover up a weed smell. Beds were super hard and the toilet ran all the time. Multiple tiles were loose in the entry way.

When I got to my room it was filthy. The beds had not been made, room was not clean, McDonald’s bags were on the bed and food in the refrigerator. I asked them to clean it while I went to dinner. When I got back and turned the TV on it didn’t work. When I called the front desk the lady was very rude and told me I just didn’t know how to work the TV. The pool was clean but the bathroom at the pool area had explosive diarrhea all over the walls that had not been cleaned. Will never stay there again.

Don’t stay here
During check in the staff was watching videos and laughing at the video. The room smelled like smoke… I had to report it so that I did not get charged for it. They told me they could not get me any more pillows. (2 on one bed, 3 on the other). They charged me for a pet fee the night I checked in and then when I tried to check out they charged me again… telling me my credit card was locked the night before (my credit card was not locked). I would not stay again and keep an eye on the credit card charges

I had to wait 20 mins upon arrival which was around 9 pm because they did not had record of room booking which I was able to clarify with my phone email from hotel.com they had given room to someone else also keys didn’t work to room and tv didn’t work and housekeeper came in Sunday am while I was getting ready at 9 am so while I have been staying frequently there I will reevaluate that

Staff were helpful Octavia and Marco were gave exceptional service. Dog friendly with treats in yard. Location is close to anything you need. Would stay again.

This was for an emergency stay as my daughter was in conway regional hospital dieing with cancer. They gave another person our room key number so had someone enter our room at 2in the morning so yes scared to death.
