Wonderful Hotel, Center of Historic Area
A truly wonderful place to stay in Cusco near the center of the historic area! The hotel genuinely cares about its guest, and the breakfast was a delight. We had a 3:50 AM pickup for our trip to Machu Picchu, so the hotel provided a bagged breakfast to go, which sustained us the rest of the day. Couldn't have been happier!

Great stay in the middle of Cusco. The hosts were absolutely amazing and very service minded. Room was a bit smaller than what we had anticipated, but overall a very price worthy room.

O hotel é bem limpo e organizado. A família é muito boa anfitriã. No entanto, faltou agua no nosso quarto a noite para banho. Também havia uma claraboia que atrapalhou demais o nosso sono no primeiro dia. O café da manhã também foi limitado e repetitivo.

Great stay!
I only stayed for one night, but I have no complaints at all. One of the family member will welcome you and explain how to use heater and TV, as well as light in bathroom that has a energy conservation setting which activates the light to turn on, as well as a setting for it to stay on permanently, they have hot water and bed is very comfy. Rooms have a small safety deposit box, you can also heat water in your room to have some tea and if you're going on an early morning tour before 7am they will kindly prepare a breakfast bag for you to take with you. The property is located about 3-4 blocks away from the main square and Ave. Del Sol.

We stayed here for a few days on our trip to Cusco and it was a perfect base to explore the city. The owners made the stay especially great with help setting up tours, taxi's, and just being so kind with anything we needed. The room had everything we needed. While smaller and simple, it was a great deal for the price.

Deixamos nossas bagagens no hotel e passamos duas noites fora. Quando chegamos, nossas malas estavam no quarto e tudo estava pronto para entrarmos. A nossa sensação foi de estar voltando para casa. No dia seguinte fizemos o check out, mas nosso vôo era só no final da tarde, nossas malas ficaram guardadas enquanto passeávamos pela cidade. Voltamos e ficamos aguardando o horário do nosso transfer dentro do hotel. Jorge e seu filho foram extremamente cuidadosos conosco e fizeram a nossa experiência ser ainda melhor.

10/10 Comfort and Hospitality!
We loved the hospitality of Jose and Johann during our stay. Rooms were clean, location is quiet and off of the street. Fantastic customer service and good location for walking around Cusco. They helped us with airport transfers and held our bags after check out. We stayed in many places in Peru during our vacation and this was by far our favorite! Thank you Jose and Johann!

Nice family stay near Cusco main square
Nice place to stay in Cusco. The family running the hotel was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the square which makes it convenient. The breakfast is served fresh and is a delight. We stayed in the family room which is spacious and well maintained. The terrace access was certainly a highlight for the room.

Highly recommend
This was our second stay at Casa Cruz Verde. We loved it. The father and son who run the hotel and very available and attentive. The rooms are immaculate and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. We had the cooked breakfast one morning. The second morning we left early and they made a box breakfast for us to take. This place is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza des Armas. 20 minute Uber from the airport. Very convenient.
