The place was fantastic but someone was on their phone or tv in living room till 1am and again at 6, 630 and 7. Also a barky dog at several times of the evening and morning. I beleive all this was a guest.

Il s’agit d’un appartement partagé avec la location des chambres. J’ai pas apprécié car la description n’était pas claire à cet effet. Je croyais avoir l’entièreté de l’appartement. J’ai du partager la cuisine, salon et salle de bain avec 2 autres clients. Nous étions 5 , il n’y avait pas de couverture ni drap pour le sofa lit. Par contre, lorsque j’ai contacté la propriétaire, ceux-ci ce sont déplacé et on adapter le sofa lit en lit avec tous les Accesoires. Propriétaire très serviable et ouvert

The listing lied about the room, it was a house with 3 bed rooms for 3 different people or couples. when we got there there was a person in bed room 1, we had no. 2. unknown about no. 3. Nothing was said on Expedia about it being a rental group house with one bath room.

Really nice place. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to cook and the coffee/tea situation for the morning was wonderful. The area has everything you need to do some shopping or get groceries. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The most beautiful guest house I've ever been to.The owner of this guest house was very friendly and kind. All amenities were great.When you enter the guest house,you feel like it's your own home. Definitely a 5/5 experience. I recommend you, if you plan to travel to Ottwa dont forget to book this wonderful place for and your family. You can cook inside and use everything.

The owner of the property is nice and the house is brand new, so everything is very clean. However, there was nowhere a note that the property was a two-bedroom, one bathroom house with a basement that had a bedroom and a bathroom and the owner was renting the house to three different occupants at the same time who had to share the same kitchen and the two bedrooms had to share the one bathroom. I was not aware that my family would end up in the basement where my son slept on an air mattress that was getting deflated within a couple of hours. If I had known all that, there would be absolutely no way to rent such a property for our two-night stay! People need to know what it’s expected. Things like that should be clearly stated. Customers need to know what they are going to find and things like that should not come as a surprise.
