Area is kind of remote. They don’t allow you to bring in outside food or drink, which they do not inform you of when booking. They want you only to order from their bar which has extremely inflated prices. The pool was just ok, and there is no hot tub. Access to property is on a very sketchy almost alley like drive with no clear designations. Rooms have AC but they struggle during peak times of day. Shower did not drain properly and water had a horrendous smell. Soap and shampoo included but no conditioner. Only high point is Wilbert, who was amazing. Very friendly and gracious.

Loved how beautiful and peaceful the hotel was. The beach was literally right there so it was easy to go for a swim. Sunsets in this place were just magical. The staff was very friendly and provided us with everything to make our stay comfortable.

Pesimo lugar NO RECOMENDABLE
Desde la llegada el lugar sucio, mal servicio, en la habitacion no habia toallas, pedimos una almohada extra y no tenian, en la noche el aire no enfriaba, no tenia agua caliente la regadera, no habia nadie de manteniento, tomando eb cuenta que teniamos la habitacion principal, no habia ni como pedir una botella de agua, intentamos desayunar y se habia ido la cocinera, ha sido de las peores experiencias en un hotel, no solo no lo recomiendo haremos una queja formal para que nos rembolsen alguna cantidad por no darnos ni el servicio ni el producto que se pago.

The staff was excellent. Wilber was very helpful friendly and professional. The food was good but next door’s food at casa Baru was better. Great place to relax. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell that came out of the sink drain in the bathroom. It stunk up the whole room. It was the grand room, number one. Smelled kind of nasty.

Although the property is nice, we did not have running water in the shower. We complained multiple times to staff and situation was poorly handled. Drops of water would come out making it impossible to shower. We also requested extra towels and blankets and were denied. Although our initial impression of the hotel was positive, we will not be staying here again because of how poorly we were treated and how our complaint was ignored.
