Room was ok and bathroom still needed renovation on floor boards. Could use a wastebasket in suite area. Very convenient to EWTN which was our main. Reason for visit.

We were harassed on the elevator by a older man and the lady at the front desk was very understanding in how uncomfortable we were that his room was next door and she tried to have our room moved but wasn’t able. However when her shift was over a man took over the front desk and he was very unhelpful. He had big headphones on the whole time he was dealing with us and genuinely did not act like he cared. We ended up leaving at midnight just two hours after we checked in because our door would not lock and our toilet would not flush. The man at the front desk looked at the toilet and said there’s nothing he could do about it. He made no comments about the door not locking and said we could leave if we wanted but couldn’t promise us we would get a refund. No one should ever be expected to stay in a room with no lock and no toilet.

The elevator doesn't work properly once you get to your floor don't attempt to leave By the elevator it doesn't work especially in the early morning hours, you have to use the stairs and I was on the 3rd floor, the room has a stench smell of dog odor it was horrible stay I'm never staying there again in life. No waffles, cold biscuits no gravy,no bottle of water, and the manager was not helpful I was stuck in the elevator and no one came to help for 1 hour and no one answered the front desk call during that time. Don't go to this location or you're going to be in trouble 😵‍💫.

Staff was rude from the first “hello”. When we arrived at the property we were told we could not have the room I booked and paid for a month earlier. The staff told me they were “accommodating” me by saving any room for my stay.

SMH 🙄
Disappointed! I expected a higher standard of property management and customer service from the name "Hampton inn". After a full day of driving and activities, nothing tops mold in your shower and wobbly furniture(Rm427). Then, to be reassign to the room next door(425) with lukewarm, no pressure shower in more widely furniture. Do better Hampton Inn. I'll take a refund and we can call it even!? Pics & vids available, I can't upload them from my phone.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. As for the room there was no tissue (on back order), no clean towels even though they were asked for, the breakfast was not restocked when items were depleted s the attendant was out taking her children to school. In effect, the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at.

Rude front desk and hotel is nice
The hotel was fantastic but when my Husband checked in, the front desk ladies were very rude and asked him to wait until one of them clocks out for the night. They actually ignored him for the first 5 minutes while he was standing at the front desk, along with the two ladies, waiting to check in. There was no line of customers.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered plenty of towels, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was adequate. The only complaints, no Splenda for sweetening coffee or tea and water pressure for the shower was too low.
