The fitness room was terrible. The elliptical trainer was inoperable and there were electrical wires hanging out of floor and wall. When we asked the front desk if they could help us, they sent a maintenance person who knew absolutely nothing. The desk people told us Hilton hires an outside company to manage the fitness equipment, and they have had a terrible time getting the company to do their job correctly.
Then when we ordered dinner via room service, we waited and waited until finally we walked down to the lobby and picked it up ourselves.
To their credit, the manager gave a a slight discount on the room rate when we complained during check out. Still, the experience was not good.
