My phone and HVAC didn’t work. I asked for another room and was told one wasn’t available but was told an engineer would be up shortly. After waiting almost an hour, I went back to the front desk and they told me they would put a rush on the request. I waited about another 30 minutes and had to leave. I put the do not disturb sign on my door, but they entered my room anyway which was extremely concerning from a security perspective.
When I left one morning, the housekeeper asked if I wanted service and I said no. She offered me water, which I accepted, but realized I left my key in my room. When she let me into my room, she pushed her way into my room even though I told her I didn’t want service. I told her I didn’t need anything she insisted one checking the trash. This was quite rude and troubling behavior. Because of these two incidents, I would not recommend your property to anyone.
