Be aware
Be aware that this ”hotel” is not a hotel, just apartments in an apartment building. When you book an apartment with a certain specification you might end up with any free apartment as we did, not necessarily the one you booked.
“Apartment Superior – See view – King-size bed”, came with a broken sliding glass door that could not open up to the balcony, a 140cm wide bed that could not be used for two adults.
The floor in the apartment was so dirty that you had to wash your feet several times per day.
There was no instructions how to use the safe, dishwasher, washing machine, safety box or were to put the garbage. We said that we wanted the specific apartment we booked but they could not organise this nor did they inform us before arrival.
They said they would organise a repair man to fix the sliding door but no one came during our 4 days stay, neither did we get any message (as promised) as when it should be fixed.
The good thing was the fantastic view from the 12th floor, but behind broken glass doors.
