When I arrived, I entered a dilapidated check-in office and had to wait due to a sign indicating the staff member was assisting another tenant elsewhere on the property. After checking in, I was directed to drive around the building to an entrance nearer my room. Upon entering the building, I noticed an unpleasant odor and outdated decor. The room itself felt unsafe, with a stained curtain and hair on an unfolded wash towel—utterly off-putting. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unsettling. I returned to the front office to drop off the key, as the unclean conditions and lack of safety were unacceptable. While waiting behind two newly arrived guests, I observed the desk clerk acting unprofessionally toward another person checking in. After handing over the key, I left.
