O apartamento fica no quarto andar e não foi informado. O elevador é muito antigo e serve apenas para transportar as malas, não tive coragem de entrar. O quarto é bom, mas as paredes estão sujas. O armário estava imundo em cima. Imundo! Escutamos todo o barulho da rua e dos vizinhos de quarto - você escuta tudo que a pessoa fala fora do quarto. As toalha de banho são muito ruins e não foram trocadas. Não teve reposição de sabonetes. O café da manhã que se diz incluso, só tem um café e o pão mais barato da padaria. São 3 euros de café da manhã, não se toma café da manhã com este valor. Não tivemos acesso a nenhum funcionário do hotel, apenas por mensagem. Em resumo, absurdamente caro para o que oferece. Lamentável.

Didn’t realize it was basically an air B and B and not a hotel until we arrived in Florence. So the check in process was difficult. Make sure you contact them and get all the check in instructions well ahead of time. The room was nice and clean and the location was excellent

The staff are so nice and accommodating. They allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour, free of charge. We also brought our small dog, and she was made to feel welcome. The apartment is situated right in the centre, which is super convenient. It’s spacious, has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a working kitchen. The shower has good pressure and they provide great shampoo and body wash. The only cons are that the wastebaskets in the bathroom are small, the shower sometimes didn’t run hot, and the air conditioning only works in one bedroom. If you’re travelling with a family, keep in mind that while there’s two bathrooms, only one has a shower. The apartment also has a sitting area by the window (outside of the main rooms) which is really peaceful and great for peace and quiet as well. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely come back when we’re in Verona again.

Great location - you will be in the center of Florence. Walkable to any destination in Florence. Although it’s not a hotel - it’s B&B. No front desk. Elevator is super tiny and a bit scary but works well. Stairs had lights on only on our last day, atherwise if you return home late, make sure you have flashlight. Mattress and pillows were very comfy, but bed frame was horrible and making all kind of noises with every move. Overall very clean. Location is the best! Also they give coupons for breakfast - useless. This place will value each coupon as about €2.5 and it varies depending on the person at this restaurant. All things considered - bed frame and lights in the building entrance - need to be fixed. Then it will become almost an ideal place.

Excellent area, walking distance to the designer shops, shopping, and restaurants. Nice to have a shared kitchen and laundry machine. Rooms are somewhat clean, but the stuff in the room are aged, beds are pretty squeeky that wakes everyone up when you change your sides on the bed in the middle of the night. The property is on the 4th floor of the building, and you have the option to either climb all your luggages up from the stairs or use an extremely old and scary elevator (likely from the early 19th century) which only fits 3 people maximum to move up and down. Housekeeping was available but they never cleaned our bathroom. There was no front desk which was pretty odd and inconvenient, even though the person who was the virtual front desk was responsive and helpful. Rooms have only a kettle and some tea, but no coffee or coffee machine. Overall, I would've preferred another place to stay for the money that I spent there, especially when I travel with family.

Property entrance was a little hard to find. Very old building with construction scaffolding all around. Elevator was literally an antiquated tiny box, was a tight squeeze for 2 girls & 2 suitcases. Room was hidden behind an unmarked door inside an upstairs apartment hallway. Lock to get out from apartment back to elevator was difficult to figure out how to unlock. The building was a bit creepy tbh, but maybe that’s just how all these old buildings are? Bed needs new mattress & frame. Room was in a great location, price was good, & manager was extremely helpful & attentive when I texted with questions. She was very kind, but I would not stay there again simply due to personal preference & difficulty managing the up & down with lots of luggage.
