I had an amazing experience at AVA Cancun! The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, and every meal exceeded my expectations. The service was also excellent, Jonathan provided attentive and friendly service. A special thanks to Rodrigo, my personal assistant, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly helpful in arranging a late checkout for me since my flight wasn’t until 7pm, which made my last day so much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wonderful food, great service, and outstanding staff who truly care about their guests. Highly recommend AVA Cancun!

Service made the difference.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ava resort. Service was excellent for the most part. Housekeeping was average and slow to respond. The beach also was full of seaweed and therefore, we did not go. The Lagoon made the difference.

Happy Campers!

First time on a all inclusive resort. AVA did not disappoint. Very clean, staff are hospitable, food was the main thing for me. 17 restaurants to choose from. Food district buffet style was food. They have a mixture of everything not only american food. A lot of activities for the kids. All day ice cream say less. Very satisfied.

Terrible, fuimos a pasar el fin de semana por el día del padre pero parecía que me habían dado posada de caridad y no me habían cobrado más de 700 usd por noche, desde el check in que se supone que era VIP donde me atendió una chica llamada Johanna que se portó pésimo y se tardó el doble que si hubiera hecho el check in normal, yo le preguntaba algo amablemente por qué yo trabajé años en atención al cliente y ella de la manera más áspera me respondía. Nos mandó con el gerente por qué el beneficio que da la plataforma al ser cliente VIP de 200 usd no solo no me los querían dar no me creían que existiera cuando el gerente Eddie encuentra la este dato en mi reserva no se molestó en disculparse por los modos; y esto solo fue el inicio en donde las habitaciones estaban sucias, el personal grosero, apático solo si les das propina desde el inicio te atienden. El único personal rescatable de todo el hotel fueron las hostess y meseros del restaurante copal y del mediterráneo, al igual que la comida de estos dos restaurantes. La comida que ofrece el hotel durante el día está muy común y el personal de dichos restaurantes como lo es estación Mx es súper mala.

I would recommend this resort. I enjoyed myself at the poolside. We hung out at the adult pool on the south far end. No one hangout on the beach. The staff were great, no complaints on the staff. I was not able to get 1 hot shower. That was disappointing. Not to say there was not any hot water, because my husband did get 2 hot showers but that was all. The buffet was great, better than some restaurants. I would go back. LOVE the fact that every room is oceanfront ❤️. If you go without children stay on the south side. All the activities for the children are on the North side. We didn’t run into many children. Maybe it was the time we went. Give it a try. They will try to get you to buy into their resorts. They will tell you it’s not timeshare and it’s not but they definitely will try to have you buy. Don’t fall for the first price, they will come way down. If you like to travel (who don’t) then it’s not a bad thing. As long as it’s in you budget.
