I booked a two queen beds room. Arrived and those rooms were overbooked and not available. Hotels.com really put us in a bad situation as we were forced into a king bed. The situation worked, but I’m disappointed that hotels.com rents out rooms even if that choice is not official. The front office was very nice and at least brought linens and an extra pillow for the couch. I like the hotels.com website, but maybe I should just start booking directly with the hotel instead.

I'm not sure why there is paid parking for this hotel. Didn't make sense to me, but lucky I am now a member and didn't have to pay for it. My sheets and one towel had a stain on them. Something you'd think would have been seen when they were being put on the bed (about the size of a quarter). Everything else was clean and in great shape, so I'm giving them a pass this time given this might have been overlooked. Otherwise very happy with my stay and the accommodations.
