The room was comfortable we did find some areas that were not very clean especially inside the drawers. I had to clean them in order to put our clothes in them.

The AC did not work. They put in a window unit on a long extension cord because they were a few inches short of reaching an available outlet and did not call a repair man. the extension cord burned up and almost caught fire. The cabin was in general disrepair. Do not stay here.

Great stay

Was a great stay! Room was very comfortable. When they tell you a cabin, you know this will be woodsy and cozy! We really enjoyed the river below us and having a bonfire at night was relaxing! Timmy was very communicative and pleasant!

Cozy with a great view!

If you are looking to stay in a cozy place that’s in front of a river, then this is the place you want to book! The cabin was modern, cozy bed, and amazing views. I will be coming back in the summer. I completely recommend this place!

We loved the area and location, it's close enough to the Sequoia NP and there are some food options nearby. Be mindful, you won't find any food if you arrive late (after 8-9pm), so plan accordingly! There is also almost no phone reception, so download all your maps! I believe that google has wrong location for the property, so enter the actual address to get there. The cabins themselves have a great potential, there is a lovely river nearby, the cabins are cozy, but need a few small things to make the stay more comfortable - like newer towels, a bath floor towel, newer linen. The reception person is lovely!

No technology

The cabins were very cute and checkin was incredibly simple. The TV’s satellite didn’t work, and neither did the “spotty” WiFi. We were able to enjoy a technology free evening playing games as a family, but just be prepared if that would be an issue for you. The clean towels also smelled of cigarette smoke. The gentlemen onsite were kind.

Scammers😡 There was no water to the cabin but they will make sure to charge you $20 per guest and send endless messages about all the reasons they will kick you out without a refund and there’s a sign that says $25 dish washing fee but there’s no water. They say clean up but it’s dusty we had to flip on and off the power switches for the washer to turn on but it doesn’t matter because there’s no water

The location was very nice and the room was decorated in a log cabin style.Unfortunately the toilet was filthy and had unmentionable things on it and around it. I cleaned it as good as possible before using it. There was a lot of dust on the top of the bed frame, the doors were dirty, the window glass and window lock and smoke detector was broken. I didn’t mind the outdated decor, but there is no excuse for the unhygienic condition the room and bathroom was in. At least the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there, but the cleaning and maintenance need to drastically be improved.

Haus mit ungenutztem Potenzial

Das Haus ist höchstens für sechs Personen, der Rest wird eng. Es war ziemlich dreckig mit Spinnweben und viel altem Schmutz der letzten Saison in den Schränken und Schubladen. Alles machte einen eher vernachlässigten Eindruck. Der Wasserhahn im Bad funktionierte nicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher unterirdisch. Kein Toaster, olle Pfannen und Töpfe und auch der Rest eher unter aller Sau. Die Lage zum Fluss hin ist sehr schön, aber der Garten stark vernachlässigt. Die Strasse auf der Vorderseite ist sehr laut und stark befahren. Nachts war es allerdings ruhig.

*HONEST REVIEW* my sister and I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. It has an AMAZING view of the river, absolutely charming property. This is NOT a remodeled, glamorous log cabin from a hallmark movie. This place is quaint, simple, and basic, think European bed and breakfast. It was super clean, all the amenities worked. We didn’t hear the neighbors more than a low mumble. Every cabin has its own parking space, and private outdoor patio that overlooks the river. The hosts were very helpful, very easy to check in and out. There are multiple local restaurants and shops within a 3min walk. We walked to get breakfast and dinner every day. The only issue we had was the WiFi and cell service. I had absolutely no signal up there which was expected, but the free WiFi is pretty spotty at the cabin. To get a decent WiFi connection we had to sit on our lovely patio. Otherwise I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a simple charming cabin stay.
