Fraud alert. I booked, paid and turned up at the property. The host refused to answer the phone, eventually told me the property was no longer available, and refused to process a refund.
I received no assistance from Hotels.com who put me through a long long menu only to say no service was available.
Fraud, theft, what else can you call this?
