The good: Staff very polite & energetic, the room is spacious and well thought through with ipad central controls..etc.
The bad: Staff needs more professional training and learning the importance of follow through till the service is fulfilled without the guest having to remind. Few delays experience throughout the stay.
The ugly:
Was trying to book a dinner reservation for 25 people from about 6-8 weeks prior, the staff was unresponsive (basically silence, even when trying to call from the hotel).
Also got locked out of the room for about an hour because the lock batteries had died! (after 4 months of hotel operation) and it took about 8 different people to finally get the door open and we having to cancel some of our meetings due to this delays. Was very unhappy!
25th floor had a very bad smell - as if you were right next to the infamous baira lake!
Must also say, once the above was brought to the management notice our stay took a turn to the better and was fabulous from that point onwards.
