Floors and shower were not properly cleaned. The counters and tables were not wiped down. Found hair in the sheets and the hair dryer didn’t work. Sauna was broken and out of service the entire 5 days of my stay. Room keys had to be switched 3x since they were not working.

Poor system
I want my money back. We did not stay a second night due to the very poor condition of the room and the poor sanitation. We were in town for my sisters funeral with my 89-year-old mother. This was a disaster. We did not take out a cancellation policy because we knew we needed to attend the funeral and would not be canceling. We didn’t know the hotel would be intolerable. There was a board bolted across the frame of the pull out bed. There were M&Ms and debris under the mattress. One of the two queen size beds was so worn the sleeper would roll to the center of the mattress. This left one queen size bed that was adequate for my 89-year-old mother, my sister, and myself. The lighting was so dim we could not see the room well when we were there for the first night. In the morning, when the curtains could be opened, we could see additional problems with cleanliness. There was blood on the comforter of one of the beds. there was black mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper was patched and in poor condition.

Overall nice place and decent value. Not great and it definitely has seen some miles but polite staff and my son enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was enough for what we needed.

Talk about taking advantage of customers when the hotel knows limited rooms are available due to an event in town. The place was dirty. We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there due to several outlets not working and a very questionable substance o. The room telephone. There was shoddy patchwork to try and cover up cosmetic flaws. In talking with other patrons it appears to be an across the property issue. Dirty towels and linens. No one available at checkout to give customers receipts. The breakfast area had no one wiping down tables. ALL of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. We spent nearly $400 for one night. I felt like they knew the customers had limited options for hotel rooms and that they weren’t even trying to make our stay pleasant.

Mediocre Hotel That Was Price Gouging
Even though they were kind enough to give me an early check-in and the staff was friendly, I can't really think of too many good things to say. While the hotel wasn't't bad, they were definitely price gouging for the Taylor Swift concert. What is normally a $100/night was between $500-600 a night. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the sofa bed was held together with a piece of wood, and there wasn't a chair to sit in (with the sofa bed pulled out). The room did what it needed to do, but was well short of being worth $500/night. All the hotels in the area were doing the same thing.

Poor & bad experience. Book w/ diff. App n hotel
This place was so disgusting i turned around and left. It had mold all around shower and black disgusting in toilet. The shower had a removable sprayer. I know this cause as i lifted it off the base the chrome peeling off cut my hand. I spoke with the front desk who seemed to work a very long shift and she had no power to return my money. I also was charged a $150 deposit after booking my room through expedia and prepaying it..i was told someone would contact me but ive heard nothing from anyone. This site informed me i didnt have a account when i called to get my money back...i sure had a account linked to my email upon booking the reservations. I feel totally cheated. I have video to prove my statement as well. Long story short....go elsewhere for stay and booking. Very dissatisfied with app n hotel. Wasted my money n time and a tetnas shot on top of it all.

When I was in the shower, I found an old crusty wash cloth hanging from the shower rode. That was not good. It really turned me off. I desire cleanses in a hotel more than anything else. Also, the door and the key weren’t a match. I had to go down stairs twice before I could even get into my room. Very frustrating.
