The inside of the rooms were recently updated which they did a pretty good job..The outside looks pretty rough.Parking is awful. They only have a few spots. If you park anywhere else near the hotel and dont pay the parking police will get you.Its ok for a day ot two stay.Thats about it.

Hard pass
Floors stay wet from the humidity. Air condition did not work correctly. Base boards were full of sand, had not been cleaned in a while. There’s no one working in the front desk, so we only had 2 washrags and 4 towels for the 2 of us for the 4 days we were there. Could not park on the grounds because there were only 4 parking spots, had to park in the road across the street. Internet service was spotty, tv kept buffering.

Cleanliness not a priority
The lady at the counter was nice.The room had cleaning equipment staring at me when i opened the door.The toliet wasent working And there were hairs all over the bathroom sink

Hotel of horrors and deception.
When I got their they argued with me that I didn't have a reservation at their empty hotel even though I continued to show them my receipt. They failed to let anyone know ahead of time that the city took their parking and guests could not park on the property unless it was on the patio in front of the office. Which had enough room for 1 car. I had seen the sign from the city and asked where I was able to park, if not for that my car would have been towed. They were doing renovations and you could smell the paint and chemicals outside the rooms. When you walked into the room it smelled as though they dumped a gallon of Fabuloso throughout. The smell was so toxic it immediately made my husband and myself sick. When I told the manager about it as we immediately checked out she just chuckled and said yeah my daughter likes to use a lot of Fabuloso when she cleans. The door would not lock correctly and they had padlocks around the knobs. It was horrid and I would tell y'all for your own health and safety stay far away from the hotel.

Is not worth it
Outdated and uncared. The check in process took 2hrs and I ended up in a motel due to lack of clean rooms and available keys. Construction was going in the relocated motel and they continue to bang on the ceiling until well past 9pm.

Hidden deposit not on here they want $100 Room has 4 windows 2 have curtains 6am Its so bright in room its like your outside Not sure why they have any curtains Old clothes were left in dresser Pots and pans in a kitchen with no stove and toilet Paper holder fell off the wall. Told desk person all this. Bed hard as a rock no joke Would not go back considering hotels line the road there

This motel has long term tenants & that is very uncomfortable for us. We should’ve been told the area was hit & had no internet until the afternoon of our last night. This is the main reason I book directly to the place we plan on staying. Never again Expedia

The rooms are nicely decorated almost like you are staying in a boutique motel. The outside could use a pressure washing. The pool was being repaired because of the hurricane that hit the area a while back. Check in is by phone. You are given the combo to get your key from a realtor type lock box. The price for what you get is unbeatable!!!
