In Jan 6th morning, I went to your hotel to ask if I can live in as soon as possible. The person at the front table swipe my card and tell me room would be available after 4pm that day. Thus I left and tell him just cancel the reservation directly. Before I left, I asked him if I will be charged, and he told me no. I even call your hotel to check if I will be charged and you told me I didn’t book a room. But now you’re gonna charge me even I didn’t grab room key from you! I will abusolutely report it unless see your refund. Thanks for giving me such an awful experience.
