Photo is fake, no window and dirty dirty room.
The photo of room is fake.
If you book non smoke room, they said just only 5/floor.
But, there are just only no window rooms, like as photo.
The staff on front desk just only Japanese, cannot communicate with other language, no matter with writing.
Too much people smoke in the building. Even the non- smoke room floor, you could smell with second hand smoke.
They change me with 650 cost with no refund policy, is terrible after you see the actual room they give you.
Moreover, no matter how early you book, they just arrange you their room as they favour, not about your request.
I would go complain and get compensation with hotels.com.
