Purtroppo abbiamo avuto veramente una pessima esperienza con questo hotel. Fate attenzione. Prenotato con molti mesi di anticipo 4 notti a fine agosto tramite hotels.com. All'arrivo struttura bellissima come da foto.
Dopo qualche ora di attesa per la nostra camera (eravamo in anticipo rispetto ai tempi di check-in) ci informano che per problemi di overbooking avremmo potuto dormire lì 1 sola notte e che ci avrebbero poi trasferito in una struttura gemella della stessa proprietà e dello stesso livello.
La struttura proposta purtroppo non aveva né foto né recensioni, anche sul sito web non so capiva bene che tipo di struttura fosse. Guardando su Maps scopriamo che altro sfortunati hanno avuto lo stesso problema e si sono ritrovati in una struttura scadente.
La struttura ci propone pieno rimborso .. ma noi eravamo a Mykonos in pieno agosto il rimborso sarebbe stato inutile.
Inizio a chiamare hotels informando che la struttura proposta non è paragonabile minimamente a quanto da noi acquistato. Data l'alta stagione hotels ci trova una camera simile ma sempre di categoria leggermente inferiore, faccio presente che al mio rientro avrei chiesto il rimborso totale e i danni per vacanza rovinata. Solo a questo punto la proprietà dell'albergo ci propone una struttura con una camera comparabile a quella prenotata in un'ottima struttura.
Purtroppo la sensazione è che quell'overbooking sia stato premeditato a tavolino per mettere i clienti nell'hotel scadente. Troppo strane tutte queste

Upon arrival to the hotel the check in representative informed us we would be relocated to their "sister property" with no reason as to why.
The sister property was located in a remote area of the island with no amenities within walking distance and horrible back roads to access the property to begin with. This required us to take taxis to and from this location upwards of 50 euros each way, and multiple lost taxi drivers due to the remote location.
Originally we had a room booked with a partial view of the sea and a private hot tub. The room we had been relocated to had zero view and was enclosed so we could only see a wall of rocks.
We reached out to Oliving Mykonos Luxury Suites upon realizing the remote location, travel inconvenience, and downgrade of the room with no view of the sea to be compensated for our inconvenience of new taxi fees we would now be faced with and we were told that "you have been accommodated to a brand new hotel in a luxury suite with hot tub. Its far more than you had booked price wise and location wise is just a few minutes from Ano Mera" in our opinion this was a down grade of a room and location and our valid concerns were just ignored. This last second change ruined our plans of accessing nearby amenities on the island and we lost valuable time and money traveling back and forth to the new accommodation.
Had we wanted to stay in a pricey remote location we would have booked that in the first place. Do not book at this property.

Our stay was 8 days we had an amazing time while we were here the staff is wonderful the breakfast that is included was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Greek poached eggs! The staff is very welcoming the rooms were always beautifully cleaned! The location was perfect! Very convenient no matter if you were going to Little Venice or the beaches the lighthouse Etc I highly recommend this place!
