I feel disappointed when getting back the 100 pounds, they charge me 2 pounds for service fees, that means I can get 98 pounds only back which is very unfair. And the bathroom provide cold water only, so I haven't taken shower for 10 days which is very terrible. And there is no individual water closet in the room which is inconvenient. I have to wait for a long time to use it every time. Also no breakfast is provided which is inconvenient as well. Therefore, I will not choose this hotel next time.

100£ scam

They took 100£ of my card and said it will be returning after my stay its to cover damages if they happen. I checked out long time ago they still haven't refunded me and were extreme jerks towards me when i asked for my refund. I did not get refunded Horrible service and staff rude when you want your money refunded there was no damage in room they confirmed that after i left my baggage in their storage that they charged me 10£ for luggage storage So nothing is free in this hotel there was no information in room except how much thing cost if you break them. I suggest people look for other hotel

Stay away!

Booked this hotel through hotels.com and paid in full. Went to check in and we was told our booking had been cancelled. They insisted they hadn’t taken payment even though it was showing out of our bank. A list was shown of another 8 bookings being cancelled. To add even more insult we have been asked for a review on our stay! Lucky escape from first glance!

Ótimo! Voltaria com certeza.

O quarto é ótimo! A localização é perfeita ideal para quem quer turistar. Só não gostei porque fiquei em um andar um pouco alto e não fiquei com a vista que apareceu na imagem! É bobeira, mas para quem estava com o tendão inflamado não é algo bom rsrs. Outro ponto negativo é não ter frigobar próprio e microondas, para turista isso é algo importante.

One night stay

The Hotel is ok for price paid. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom is really small And in roon 01 you can hear like a generator making a humming noise but it didn't bother us. The staff are all friendly. There is a fan in the room which is needed as it's quite hot. Nice and quiet in the night, so no traffic noise which is a plus. Overall basic but clean.
