Customer service Fail
At the beginning, the service was excellent. Joy at the front office was very accommodating, the general manager was kind and professional, and Ismail also did his best to assist us throughout our stay.
However, the experience with the night duty front desk staff on our second and third nights was disappointing. When I requested towels, I was questioned as if I had already received them, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Requests from guests—especially simple ones like towels—should not be met with suspicion or impatience. The customer service during those nights was far below expectations.
We also requested a late checkout, especially for the second room which we checked into late, but unfortunately, it was not granted—even a request to check out by 12 noon was declined. Then in the morning Joy Accomodate us however we extend only for 30minutes.
