Fabulous hotel

We were three friend on a city break, we stayed in a triple room which was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, coffee machine and kettle. The staff were really lovely and helpful in particular Shanna she was always smiley and nothing was too much trouble Having the bar downstairs was good and we were on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear anything from the bar or the street below We will definitely stay here again Thank you

Temple Bar is one of those areas that has a carnival-like atmosphere nearly 24 hours a day. Many good places to eat nearby and pubs/bars aplenty. If you’re seeking a quiet corner for your stay in Dublin, then this is not it. If you want great music and the bar scene, this would be the place for you.

Great location

We loved being so close to everything. The area was very busy but navigable. We could hear music from bars in the area, but our sound machine drowned it out well. The staff at the front desk were very friendly; they always greeted us when we came & went.

Cool spot in Temple Bar

Very nice one-night stay in Temple Bar. Perfect location. Service was quick and polite. My room was beautiful, neat and very quiet at night. I had no windows, but I was aware and had no issue with that as I prefer a dark room for sleeping. The restaurant was awesome and the two lads playing music were fantastic! I would definitely go back.

Let down by the breakfast.

The Wellington Temple Bar Hotel was clean, easy to get to, right on the edge of the Temple Bar area so it was a great location, we were on the 3rd floor and a bit concerned about the street noise and the bar below but didn’t hear a thing, it was definitely well insulated. The only issue we had was the breakfast at the adjoining bar, to say it was hot would’ve been pushing it, I’d say lukewarm at best. The barman did ask if everything was ok with our breakfast but after the manner in which he took our order (like he didn’t have the time to wait for us to speak) we thought it was best just to eat up and say nothing, we were only there for a 1 night stay but had it been longer I think we would’ve said something to reception about the breakfast.

Good stay

Staff were very helpful and kind. The room had everything I needed. I like that they have a small room for a solo traveler. Location in is great. Be prepared for some noise from the live music venues nearby.

Great hotel and great location

Thank you Wellington! It was an awesome stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly...we could not have asked for better. The hotel was clean and shockingly quiet despite being so close the the Temple Bar area. We were so close to everything and wished we could have stayed longer.
