On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

Very Comfortable

We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay.

The price changes in real time, so if you search after making a reservation, you will be disappointed. I explained the situation, but it is difficult to expect a customer-friendly appearance. The cleanliness and cleaning of the rooms were more satisfactory than expected. However, it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which was disappointing.

Me and my kids had a wonderful stay at this property for 2 nights. It was so nice to be in a place with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer machine. Such a added bonus compared to all the other places we stayed in our 5 week trip to Europe. The staff was extra impressive - so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the door man (forgot his name), and Peter at the front desk. Super hosts!

Loved the location and the staff was great! However the property is outdated. We were given a room on the fourth floor that had multiple issues with damaged floors and the bathroom is not kids friendly. We requested to be moved and the staff moved us to a room on the first floor which was much better without flooring issues. The staff and location is great though! Cleanliness was great too.
