酒店設施較舊，浴室水壓不足，地下Spa 不太大，要提前預約呀，早餐水準一般，整體合格。

Staff was nice There was a water leak in our room I told the cleaning person and nothing was done about it. We had water on the bathroom floor the 3 days we where there. When I checked out the lady at the counter said she was sorry but didn’t offer anything else. The beach is nice with lounge chair. We were quite disappointed since the hotel didn’t take any action regarding the room problem. Overall okay, but would probably not go again.

I'd probably stay here again for the price

Pros: - Breakfast buffet has plenty of options - Location is good for the beach and shopping - Easy to call a GRAB - Friendly staff - Great shower pressure and hot water Cons: - Extremely SLOW service - Restaurant also incredibly slow, wasn't even busy... maybe it's a cultural thing... but it shouldn't take an hour to get a cheeseburger and fries. - Hallways are HOT af... Rooms have a stale air smell that wouldn't go away.

Magnifique hôtel

Magnifique hôtel récent près de la belle plage de Jimbaran. Service impeccable et chambre comfortable. Pas de commerce à proximité, mais possibilité d'aller à Kuta en taxi pour moins de 5 euros pour faire du shopping.

Bravo très bel hôtel

Un hôtel récent et excellent autant pour le service que les infrastructures . 2 piscines très agréables un roof top face à la mer Avec des couchers de soleil sublimes et un cocktail gratuit à l’arrivée le petit dej est super complet et délicieux . Plage en face avec chaises longues. Le soir bcp de monde pour admirer le soleil qui tombe dans la mer . Chambre spacieuse très propre. Le personne nous a aidé à trouver un scooter à louer ( directement déposé à l’hôtel) ils m’ont aidé avec la laverie juste à côté aussi bref tous sont adorables merci encore !

Platinum Kedonganan Review

Service was amazing, staff are awesome. All of them. . Hotel very clean. 1 min walk to beach. Only downside was the breakfast catered heavily for Asians, plenty of ric, fried rice, and other Asian food and not for Westerners. No bacon. No fried tomato. No real sausages only mini hotdog style. So breakfast was a big disappointment. I will definitely review when booking in the future.

Un tres agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien aménagée. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Le dîner sur le rooftop a été un vrai coup de cœur : ambiance très agréable, cadre charmant et personnel attentif. Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Very glad we stayed at the Hotel Platinum!

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!

Loved this hotel

Best hotel in the area. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. Beadh is lovely to walk. I also enjoyed the terrace.

Hat uns gut gefallen. Aus dem Abfluss riecht es manchmal etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, leider werden Tische beim Frühstück lang nicht abgeräumt und gesäubert, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzten. Schöne Poolanlagen und Strand. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und wir hatten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Am Abend etwas laut, da man die Hunde bellen hört und die Wellen zerbrechen.

Great location across the street from the beach and several beachfront restaurants. Not too much souvenir shopping is available nearby. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

The staff were absolutely lovely, but the place was not as good as the photos made it look. It was ok. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was quite nice, and the facilities were good. It was a shame about the rubbish on the beach

Great ocean view room

Staying 2 nights at the ocean view room floor 7, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Rooftop bar was excellent too. Walkable distance to the beach and many seafood resto just in front of the hotel. The downside is the resto closed until midnight, so the noise from the resto, fireworks, dogs barking can be heard from the room. Have a bit difficulty opening the door of the hotel room, a bit tricky, the hotel should fix it. But overall it was a great stay.
